Spacious two bedroom apartment with two baths, high ceilings, exposed brick, wood floors, bay windows, fireplace, and an outdoor deck. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Additionally, rooms include hair dryers and irons/ironing boards.

The place was well cleaned. Comfortable beds. Close to everything downtown. Perfect for 2 couples. Parking can be an issue. Street parking only. So I would suggest finding a spot close to the property and then move your car later at night when a spot opens up. I would stay here again.

We chose this spot for its proximity to everything, and that was a game changer. All our usual spots were an easy 5 minute or less walk, and having a spot to drop of shopping bags or take a quick mid day nap without having to worry about driving or finding new parking was well worth the price. Property was clean and spacious (we had four adults), and our only complaint was we would have liked another towel per each bathroom. Otherwise, a near perfect stay

Great location, right by all the shops! Wonderful layoutOnly downside is the noise at night from the bar across the street. Music till 12 and patrons much later, made for difficult sleeping in front bedroom. ( if we didn’t have granddaughter with us we would have been there enjoying the music)

Fantastic rental in Saugatuck! The location can’t be beat — it’s right on the main drag and super close to shops, restaurants, and the water. There’s a great park/playground for kids about 2 blocks away, too. Overall a lovely stay — we’ll be back!

Great location, nicely furnished unit, good for two couples etc. nice deck and bar area Bar across the street (Sand Bar Saloon) loud on Friday and Saturday nights (music till 11pm/1am) heard from bedroom

Hello David, Thanks for your review, we greatly appreciate it. Yes, unfortunately, being right downtown is great to enjoy all of the shops and dining, but yes you then get some of the noises. We have reached out to the City of Suagatuck about that as well. Our apologies.
