Great location with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Incredible view of the sunset. Saw dolphins a couple of times. Easy communication with the host. Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this condo!!!

Very nice condo!

We loved the place! Perfect location! Loved the gulf views and large balcony, nice pool/hot tub area, clean and quiet condo. The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

This condo was a perfect place for my family was great access to everything we need. It was clean an very nice home atmosphere. We didnt have any elevators issues. This is nice cozy place to stay.

Perfect property

The location, view, and accommodations were absolutely perfect. And the owner is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Best accommodations and vacation by far. Many special memories were made here during our stay. Already looking at dates for next year!

Great family place

Communication with Wanda was excellent. The coffee pot broke on day 2 of our stay and she had a replacement that day for us. The condo and area is very family friendly which is exactly what we were looking for.

Fun Family Vacay

This is the second time we have rented at Watercrest. We had a fabulous time. The 4th floor was perfect for the pool and ocean view. We watched dolphins every morning and the sunsets were beautiful. The space and amenities were just what we expected and we can't wait to come back.

Beautiful view!

This property was perfect for our family. Only 4 floors up so you get the beautiful sunset views across 2 master bedrooms and living room and easy access to elevator to get to pool and beach. Highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again. ❤️

Watercrest On The Beach

This unit is spacious, with large living room, good size bedrooms, and large outdoor balcony. Being on 4th floor feels close to pool and beach, while high enough for for wonderful views of the surf and sunsets.

Perfect view

This condo was so perfect for our large crew, very roomy and the best view! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed on the fourth floor and in my opinion it was the best height to see all the beautiful views and not feel like you were too high up! Beds were super comfy and plenty of furniture for everyone to spread out in the evenings! Communication was effortless with the owners and they provided everything we needed and more especially in the kitchen! We will definitely be back!

Just what we needed.

This condo checked all the boxes we had for what we wanted. It was spacious, clean and well stocked with all our cooking needs and then some. Several extras like boxed games. Stuff for the beach. Wanda was also great. She always responded very quickly and was very friendly. Will definitely put this place on my list of favorites.

Great Time

Location was great - we were far enough from the heavy traffic to get to the grocery store quickly but only a 25-30 min drive (with traffic) away from Pier Park. We had 5 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler and had plenty of space. Wanda was a pleasure to work with - she was easy to reach and very responsive. The condo itself was close to 2 sets of elevators and being on the 4th floor, taking the stairs wasn't bad. Parking was super easy.

Great Stay

This is our second stay at the Watercrest, first stay in this rental. We love this location due to its proximity to St. Andrew’s state park, and the amenities at the rental (pool, tennis, beach front, easy beach chair rentals etc.). This rental was great for our family. From the 4th floor we had a great view of the pool and the ocean. The owners were good at communicating and the rental worked really well for our family. I would recommend staying at this rental and I would definitely rent this place again. If you come to PCB, I highly recommend doing a sunset dolphin cruise through St. Andrew’s State park 10/10!

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful condo for our family mini-reunion vacation, with plenty of room for 2 families in the pretty apartment. Fabulous view of ocean & sunsets. Facilities very well cared-for by staff & kept very clean. Condo well-equipped with plenty of extra bedding, beach towels & kitchen stuff. Owner very responsive to questions & requests! The kids really enjoyed spending the night on the lounge chairs on the balcony. Our group included a handicapped adult, and facitilities were good to accomodate his needs: elevator, lovely & easily accessible deck with pool, hot tub & ramp down to beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to other families!

I''m so glad you had a nice get together with your family. If you ever come during the "season" we rent beach chairs. The beach chair folks are great. If your handicapped family member wanted to go to the beach, they will pick them up in their Gator at the front door and drive them all the way down to the chairs. Of course, I don't think you can beat the beach in the fringe months. It's still warm and there are no crowds! We hope to see you again!

PCB Condo

Great place to stay! Owner was very responsive. The condo wasent all the way cleaned, the dryer stopped working as it’s an older model, the main door going outside would not lock (the lock had to be replaced). I feel condos need to be checked after each stay to prevent these issues. After having these issues and me having to go buy things to go on the doors so my 2 year old grandbaby couldn’t get out to the balcony. I was not refunded anything for the inconveniences that I had. On the positive it fit 9 people perfectly fine.

Sorry you weren’t fully satisfied! We had the sliding door lock fixed within minutes of you telling us. The dryer problem was NOT due to the age of the dryer, the belt came off due to it being overloaded. The stack units required in these condos are designed for smaller loads unfortunately. But again, the dryer repair was scheduled immediately. Unfortunately guests often don’t tell us about an issue until after they leave on Saturday, and it’s almost impossible to get weekend service. As you can imagine, having large groups in a condo puts a lot of wear and tear on a unit. We do our best!

I’m sorry you did not read the instructions on how to operate a simple key code entry lock. It really isn’t difficult. Other guests do it and the locks we use are designed for vacation guests. And then you couldn’t figure out how to operate the TV and wanted me to “fix” the TV (that was not broken) late at night. Again, I directed you to the guest book with full simple directions. I told you if you could not figure it out after reading the simple instructions to let me know and I would come by during normal business hours. I never heard back from you. Please do not ever book a unit from me again, we will both be happier!
