This place has everything! Spa, plunge pool, 8 persons sauna, 8 persons steam room, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, full size bar, TV`s in bedrooms, great room with 22` ceilings, fireplaces and panoramic views that are amazing!

To accommodate couples, 8 bedroom are master with en-suite bathroom and a KING size bed. In addition, some of th bedrooms also have FULL beds. There is also a 9th room with a 2 FULL size beds.

This property has the best views you can ever find! Conviniently located across the street from Tahoe Donner Ski Area and just 200 yards from Glacier Park with miles and miles of trails. See all that green on the map, well that`s the National Forest with prestine air. This property is TAHOE!

As guest at North-Tahoe Villa you will have access to the entire property.

The property is located in Tahoe Donner, which is within Town of Truckee with its historic downtown featuring many restaurants, art galleries and shops.

Great Stay for a Company Retreat

This is a great place for larger groups! Lots of space to eat and spend time together. The Spa area great as there you can do a cold plunge after enjoying the steam/sauna rooms.

This property was just as advertised and just as beautiful! Even though the main fridge was having problems prior to our visit, the owner kept close contact and was able to communicate appropriately. Perfect rooms and stay for the 18 wedding party guest that my fiancé and I had! The amenities are perfect for a weeklong ski vacation.

Family Getaway

The property was huge and great for our family! We had 8 different families and there was room for us all. This property was in the mountains with great views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The fridge and freezer was big enough for all our items and the pantry was also helpful for storage. Each family had their own room and their own bathroom! There was also a sauna, plunge pool and steam room which was great after a day of fun. The kids also enjoyed the front of the home where they built snowmen and had fun. We also felt it was a safe place for them to enjoy.

Amazing place for my large family

My family rented this property to spend a cozy weekend celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday. We had such a wonderful time. The house had everything you could think of/need. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. Attention to detail made the house feel so welcoming. The towels were tied so sweetly, there was coffee set ups, so much was done at this house to make guests feel at home! We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay for work friends ski strip!

We were a group of work friends on a ski trip, and our 3rd time staying at Vladimir’s place. The house was perfect for us to hang out, everyone had ample space and own beds, the spa area was amazing, and great long dining table for team building. Would book again!

We had a group stay at this property - plenty of space for our families to hang out and stay. Loved having all ensuite options for everyone to spread out and hang out together! Some appliances seemed to be a little more run down (but work perfectly fine). Host was very communicative and accommodating. Would recommend a stay here again!

Beautiful house. Great for a large group (we had over 30 people). Some issues like Wi-Fi was in and out, hot tub had to be fixed, fireplaces were on (in the summer!) and would not turn off. Great location, views, hiking.

Amazing location and amenities

The house is in an amazing location and the views are even better in person. The house is massive, spa area is very nice, and really liked the bar area. House itself is a little bit worn in some areas, but everything else makes up for it by far. Would recommend!

Vacation getaway

Our stay at this location was nothing short of amazing. The bedrooms were all perfect size along with all the amenities and massive kitchen. We had a group of 15 people stay and the house was perfect size with tons of things to do. We used the hottub and cold plunges daily. Will definitely be coming back! The owner was very responsive as well

Massive property - Great for large groups

Place is super clean and well stocked (thanks). We enjoyed the amazing view and 8 bedrooms (everyone had their own). There's no AC so if it's hot you'll have to leave the doors and windows open. The house has the most amazing views ever! The house looks well used but otherwise good.

Stay with us, visit historic downtown Truckee, and eat at some of the best restaurants you will ever find.

What makes this property unique

We offer all the convinience and amaneties of a custom mountain home with panoramic views. We have a sauna, steam, cold water plunge and hot tub on our deck. We provide linens, towels, robes, and shampoo / products for your convinience. We have a gourmet chefs kitchen with full size fridge, freezer, gourmet range with 2 ovens, everything else one would need to have a dinner for 20+. Our great room with 22 foot ceilings and a grand fireplace is a perfect place to hang out and enjoy each others company. A full size bar is located on the mid-level next to the sauna and steam room. A movie theatre room and game room located on the lower level. Besides having two decks with 180 degree views, we also have a large outdoor patio with a firepit and some of the most spectaculat views you will ever see. All bedrooms have king size beds. Every bedroom is a master bedroom with private baths. Bedrooms have TV's with DirecTV. We just finished construction in March of 2011 so we are brand new. Enjoy this jewel...
