Nice large space for family reunion & 70 th birthday celebration. Great location, stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Kitchen well stocked. The house needs a little TLC and extra maintenance.Overall we had a wonderful time here.

This was our 3rd time returning to the property and as always, were very pleased with our entire stay. We also really liked the upgrades since our last stay (the giant family couch with recliners were so comfy!). Mike has been a very responsive and accommodating host - we had a few hiccups which were resolved swiftly and professionally. Thank you again for having us and hope to stay again soon!

The cabin was an excellent choice for our large family gathering. Hard to find a place with this many bedrooms, all of which were clean and ready. The huge dining table was great to be able to have the whole family sit together. The view from the hot tub is incredible. We also used the beach access which has a great park for the kids. It appears that most of the bathrooms have recently been updated and there's ongoing work to update other parts of the property. Mike was easy to get a hold of for the minor issues that did arise.

Great Family Reunion

Our family of 16 really enjoyed the location of this house. Close enough to many activities as well as a nice hike right out the door. The views of the lake were amazing, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. Deck was perfect to host dinners each night. The room accommodations fit our family perfect. Our kids and grandkids loved each of the activities we had made available, such as tram to High Camp of Olympic Village, boat to Emerald Bay, rafting, zip-lining, and Donner Lake for kayaking and swimming.

What a wonderful house! Every year our extended family rents a house in Tahoe together and the layout and location of the house was probably the best yet! The rooms are all pretty much the same so nobody is getting a “nicer room” lol which makes it easy to give everyone a room. The private beach was about a 5 minute drive and it was so nice to not fight the Tahoe crowds. Mike was super responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Tahoe

Great place for my friends and their families and mine for a killer long ski weekend. Michael was a great host and provided us all the info we needed. The view of Lake Tahoe was amazing.

Excellent for large groups

If you are looking to stay with a large group of friends or family, this is a great property. The lake views from the living room(s), and balcony / hot tub were beautiful. Everyone got their own king sized bed, and there were three separate living areas to hang out in plus a giant kitchen and balconey. The host was responsive and accommodating. The location near was super convenient for skiing Palisades.

Very nice place

Place is not too old and great space for pur group. We liked that it has a lot of utensils and cooking ware. Very close to a sledding and snowboarding resort. The beach access is too far from the place.

Mike’s house was the perfect stay for our larger group. Close to Tahoe city, with an unbelievable view of the Lake. Enough room for us all the comfortably hang out on the deck or in the living room. And tons of bed space for us all to sleep perfect

Great House for a Retreat

This house is well equipped for large groups because of there being so many bedrooms and a large common space. We had our company retreat at Michael's place for the last few years because it works so well for large groups!

The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, although at this price point I would have expected a few more upgrades, such as a higher-end coffee maker and some additional appliances. A couple of items weren’t working properly (one oven was out and the refrigerator in the kitchen kept shutting off, though there was an extra fridge available in the garage).The bedrooms were comfortable, but the beds were quite large for the size of the rooms, which made it a bit hard to move around. Bathrooms were nice and very clean, but it would have been great to have basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, and tissue boxes included.On the positive side, the jacuzzi was wonderful, the barbecue worked perfectly, and the view was absolutely stunning—truly worth a million dollars.Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

We had three families with six kids under three years old. It was the perfect house to allow the kids to play outside in the snow and had a good game room for all the kids to play. I recommend bringing a kids gate for the stairs since they are very steep. Overall, a good house for kids.

Perfect for Company Retreat or Family Reuinion

This property is equipped with everything you need for a big group. Plenty of individual rooms with comfortable beds, large open spaces for group hang-outs, and a long table in the kitchen for communal meals. Oh, not to mention beautiful views! Couldn't ask for better!!
