Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please return any thermostat settings back to what they were on check in. Summer set the Air conditioners to 75 degrees and in the winter set all thermostats to 62 degrees.
Trash should be brought down to the trash can by the deck next to the garage.
Please put any towels in the washing machine or on the floor by the machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
