Welcome to your sunny, spacious, well-stocked, and chic home away from home. We designed the Biskra House to be the vacation rental we always wanted, with a (beyond) fully equipped kitchen, stylish game room, fast Wifi, and super comfortable king-sized beds.

OUTSIDE
Relax under brilliant blue skies in the private, fenced south-west facing backyard. Take a refreshing dip in the large heated pool or unwind in the spa as you watch a stunning sunset. With strong WiFi extending outside, you can even have video meetings with a mountain view! Fire up the grill for an alfresco meal under the covered dining area, and then gather around the fire table with a cozy blanket and propane heater for a nightcap.

The lounge area offers resort-style outdoor furniture, including a comfortable sectional, four lounge chairs, a fire table, and a portable heater. Need shade? There’s an umbrella, too, so you can enjoy the sun or take a break as you please.

Choose between multiple alfresco dining spots. Poolside lounge chairs make the perfect morning coffee spot, while the main dining table seats eight comfortably beneath a pergola with string lights. The casita has a propane grill and comes with a second full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher, which is ideal for larger groups.

You’ll find everything you need for outdoor fun: pool towels, floats, blankets, and unbreakable dishes for poolside snacks.

INSIDE
When the sun sets, the fun continues! There’s a game room with pool, foosball, board games, and books, plus fast WiFi and streaming/live TV options.
The living, dining, and kitchen areas feature an open-concept design with an indoor-outdoor feel and ample seating, perfect for lounging, dining, and gathering around the kitchen island.
The dedicated game room has a pool table, foosball, bar tables, and stools, card and board games, and built-in speakers, creating the ultimate hangout spot.
In the kitchen, you’ll find everything a chef could need: a six-burner Viking cooktop, a convection oven, extensive small appliances, and every tool imaginable. The spacious island with seating for four makes it an excellent place for conversations with the cook.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom offers WiFi, flat-screen TVs with streaming and live channels, and bathrooms stocked with premium bath products. Blackout curtains and luxuriously comfortable beds make for a restful night’s sleep.
The main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms: Bedroom One, or the Primary Suite, includes a California king-sized bed, desk, private patio, and an en-suite with a large tub, spacious shower, and double sinks. Bedroom Two, or the En-Suite Room, has a California king bed with an en-suite bathroom and a large shower. Bedroom Three, the Twin Room, has two XL-twin beds and a shared bathroom. In the separate casita, Bedroom Four has a California king bed, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

WORKSPACES
If you must work, the Biskra House is ready for you, with three desks, reliable WiFi indoors and out, and plenty of tables and chairs for flexible workstations. Forgot something? You’ll find pens, notebooks, a stapler, and more, all provided.

EXTRAS
Look forward to a welcome basket, premium hand soaps, and top-quality bath products. Supplies of paper products, office essentials, pool towels, outdoor blankets, and non-breakable dishes are ready for you. Bringing your dog? With prior approval, they’re welcome, and we’ll have a bed and bowls waiting. Enjoy plenty of dishes, glasses, premium bed linens, and towels.

LOCATION
