We took a rideshare from LAX, about 20 minutes away. Many of the residences in Manhattan Beach are on STEEP streets leading to the beach. We had been there before so we were aware of this. This was a nice first floor apartment about three blocks up from the beach, the Strand walkway, and the separate bike path. There are some shops and restaurants a few blocks away and Manhattan Blvd. shops are about a half mile -- walkable, for us (in our fit 70's). The apartment had everything we needed. A very nice feature was the large, covered patio -- just right to enjoy the SoCal weather. There was a small amount of traffic noise from one of the main boulevards, but it was no issue. A flag flapping in the wind was a bit annoying, Anna, the host, was very accommodating and responsive. The whole process of reserving, communicating, and accessing the property was seamless.

Amazing Location!

We had a great five-day stay! The host was responsive and graciously allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The fantastic location made it a great home base. We would definitely stay again!

The host was super helpful, accommodating, and had a fast response time. The home and location were perfect for our family and was close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Anna is a great host with a wonderful space just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. There is everything you need for your stay in a private and comforting neighborhood.

I really loved staying here. It was quiet, safe, contained everything I needed (well equipped kitchen, laundry access, parking, comfy bed). I especially loved having access to a bike, which I rode along the beach trail. I walked to many nearby locations (farmers' market, library, Strand, shops). I'd absolutely recommend this property.

Excellent Manhattan Beach getaway

Great place to stay for a visit to Manhattan Beach. Property located a medium little walk into town, a few blocks down a decent hill right to the beach. We like to walk so was fine. Place was clean, Anna was easy to communicate with and overall was a great no fuss no muss process. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, parking, and comfort

Lovely place to stay near the beach. Excellent location. Parking, bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas were welcome amenities. Anna is a wonderful host who answered questions and provided solutions quickly and efficiently.

Clean and charming, a quick walk from the beach

The house was small but well appointed, clean and beautiful. The owner waqs super responsive with every single question and request I had. Thanks for a lovely place to stay with my kids for their school break. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Week Over New Years

We just got back from a wonderful stay in Manhattan Beach in this lovely one-bedroom within walking distance of the beach. The location simply can't be beat and the host was gracious responding to all our needs. The place is clean and well stocked and provided plenty of room for my spouse and son. Book with confidence - the location is the best and the price is right for a wonderful oceanside BNB - we'll be back!

Beach House

We stayed in this property from the 27th of December 2023 thru 1/1/2024. It was very clean and had eveything that was advertised. It was perfectly situated to many resturants and activities in Manhatan Beach. It was very easy working with Anna the owner on any questions you had about the property. This is the perfect place for a couple looking to get away from it all. It was quiet and you could hear the ocean at night. We would stay here again on our next visit.
