Absolutely Amazing

One of the most beautiful decor that I’ve ever seen in the resorts I have stayed in! Spotless, comfortable, very inviting upon entering! Absolutely gorgeous designs throughout the property! Must stay again!!!!!

Destin Getaway

We’ve stayed at this condo on several occasions and have always enjoyed the location. A few cosmetic updates could be warranted-front door painted and key holder in condo could be nailed to wall. All in all, it was great! Felt like home away from home! 🙂

Nicely renovated but could use attention in a a few different areas.

We had a good stay here. We didn’t see that the beach chairs were included and ended up paying $50 for them.. which we would have know this! The place was nicely renovated. If your staying on ground level you will hear footsteps from the unit above. The full kitchen was nice but master bathroom sink has issues with draining. Also the barn door in master wasn’t secure and kept getting jammed or of the track. Over all it was a comfortable stay . Pool outside unit was nice , and fairly private. It’s a bit of a walk to beach but not too bad. There is no ice maker in freezer so you will have to buy ice. Beds were reasonably comfortable . If your staying for a week you will need to buy extra garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels as well. Overall nice condo .

Great Condo for Beach Vacation

The listing accurately displayed the property and it was very clean and the owner was very responsive to minor issues that came about. We would definitely stay there again, great service, great value. The team was professional and nice! Highly recommend property!! We enjoyed our stay, and very comfortable beds!

Terrible experience!

This property was NOT as advertised in the photos! Beds was broken! Refrigerator that did not work! Staff was friendly and tried to help but my vacation was ruined trying to get things fixed the whole time I was there! Would never stay there again!!

Disappointed

We were very disappointed with our stay. The place was filthy, the walls were dirty there was moldy air vents. Some of the mattresses were very hard. The bathroom ceiling had old watermarks from previous leaks. The refrigerator did not start cooling till the last day we left. Very dissatisfied with the condo.

Spring Break 2021

Location of the property was great and the outside area was beautiful, however, the inside of the property could use a fresh coat of paint, front door needs to be painted and the fire alarm needs to be remounted to the ceiling. Other than that , is provided a great family vacation and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

This property had very recent positive reviews and I have to agree with most of the ones that led me to book this condo. The unit was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable (the pull out couch not so much, it dips and is a bit uneven but nothing the kids couldn’t handle) The location is fantastic and the area of the beach directly across the street was so clean and not overly crowded. (Further down the beach at other locations there are some spots with loads of algae that kind of make being in the water a little hard in some spots. ) this location is fairly close to Walmart, the outlets/movies, and mini golf. Being within walking distance of the beach really helps since there is limited parking. The only minor (very minor) issue we saw was the floors felt very sticky when we first arrived, and there is limited “visitor” parking so if you are traveling with more than one vehicle be prepared to not always have a close parking spot besides the one designated for the condo. The pool was very clean and spacious, and dinner at Pompano Joes on the beach was a very nice added bonus. (No reservations but they do take call aheads!) The Newman Dailey team was fantastic to work with and when we decided to extend our stay they were extremely helpful. We are definitely going to book with them our next trip to this area.

We enjoyed our stay

We like that the condo was spacious and well taken care of. As well with in walking distance to the beach and pool with in the apartments . We enjoyed our stay. We plan coming back for vacation next time around .

Lots of small problems made for a less than enjoyable stay

The property was clean and the staff was very helpful however, we had a lot of small issues that made for a less than enjoyable stay. An issue with a tv in the guest bedroom was handled well and is not the reason for a less than excellent review. A big issue was that when my partner and I came back from checking in at the office, a staff member was in our unit without our knowledge while my teenage daughter was there alone and in the shower. The staff member obviously had no idea there was someone there and was very apologetic about being there however it was a bit unnerving. The coffee pot was in bad need of being replaced, the pipes screamed when hot water was turned on, the mattress in the main bedroom slipped badly and we kept having to adjust it. Basically, we had to MacGyver everything to get them to acceptable working order which is not something I want to do while paying a premium price for a vacation rental. The construction in this area was horrible which had nothing to do with the condo itself but just added to the frustration of getting around. The friendly, helpful staff saved this review from being much worse.
