Great location!

A few things need some attention in the condo, but usable and overall a great location with a great view. The beds are less than comfortable.

Perfect location for our needs. Manager was amazing! Some new paintng and minor repairs would make it shinier. We hope to return soon.

Sooooooo Relaxing!

The location, property and amenities were exactly what we had hoped for. Easy access to the beach and pool areas were great. Several places to eat within walking distance. Fully functional kitchen. (could have had a couple more pots and pans)

We’ve stayed at Majestic Sun numerous times. We’ve always had a great condo. This room was just ok. The master mattress was uncomfortable and in need of replacing. The TV cabinet was scratched up on the inside. The outside patio was dirty and in need of painting. The patio chairs were cheap and a little rusty. The beach umbrella and chairs were rusty and broken. The couch was small and uncomfortable. I would not stay at this unit again.

Highly recommend

I highly recommend this condo. It was very clean; this one faces the beach. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Location was great, a bit crowded but that is the time of year. Property could use some upgrading but it served our purpose.

Great Getaway

A lovely condo for our long weekend. Easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants and the music venue for Mothership weekend. They had everything we needed at the condo. It was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. Would recommend staying here!

Perfect view

We had a great time in 607A. Who wouldn’t love a full gulf view and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and well appointed. Rental agent was very responsive and helpful.

Great location!

This was our second stay in Miramar Beach and the best so far. Julie is a dream to work with, always quick to respond to any questions/ issues. The unit was clean and comfortably furnished, had everything we needed and then some. I highly recommend this area and this unit. The water was perfect during our stay, we didnt even use the pools, it was so nice at the beach! We cant wait to come back next year!

Fall is the best time

After Labor Day is a great time to be here. Still beach weather, but a lot of the tourists are gone. No waiting lines at restaurants. Gulf water warm but refreshing. Condo was clean and well maintained.

Majestic sun 607A

Overall unit was clean and comfortable, but needs updating and some TLC. Caulk around guest bath was coming apart. Curtains in living room were dirty and torn. Ceiling fan light in master was missing globe with exposed wire.

Great place, needs cleaning

Everything was great and as advertised, except cleanliness. Old hair and two dead roaches were in unit. Also, the bedroom ceiling fan is missing a globe around the bulbs leaving exposed wires. A few upgrades and better cleaning would make it an A+ unit.

Wonderful! Exactly as expected!

The condo was wonderful! Clean, cool, and perfect for our get away. Condo was exactly as we expected based on online profile. Julie was very prompt in responding to any messages we had through our trip and she made sure we were having a wonderful time!
