Welcome to 50 Wilmington Ave, #101 — a beautifully renovated, boho-beachy three-bedroom, two-bath condo in The Wilmington. Completely refreshed from top to bottom, this stylish retreat features wide-plank LVP flooring throughout, a brand-new kitchen with natural stone counters and premium finishes, and all-new bathrooms with custom tile work. Thoughtful upgrades include new lighting, interior doors, crown molding, and custom paint, all complementing the open floor plan, large porch, and sunny balcony. Enjoy the community's outdoor pool and the unbeatable convenience of being just a block and a half from the Atlantic Ocean, boardwalk, shops, and both fine and casual dining. An elevator provides easy access to the unit, making your stay even more comfortable.
Ideally situated on Wilmington Avenue above commercial spaces, this condo allows you to park your car and walk everywhere. Two assigned parking spaces are included. Community amenities feature a pool, elevator, ceiling fans, central AC, and an in-unit washer and dryer, along with a well-appointed kitchen ready for your culinary needs.Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement

It was a wonderful stay and family reunion- loved the location, decor, the screen porch!- and the ocean so close… wish check out was 11:00, since getting the sheets removed from beds and tidying up takes a bit more time. But really enjoyed our stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! We had stayed in this building last year but a different unit. We loved the layout of this one as a family with little ones and it was so nicely furnished, appliances new and in great shape. Also plenty of beach gear which is always appreciated when traveling with a large family!

Wonderful condo, everything was as pictured. We have stayed at a few different units in this complex over the years and we all agreed this was our favorite! Easy check in and check out.

Great location!!!

Property was well managed. Communication with property manager was seamless. A very well stocked closet was available to us with sand toys, beach chairs, and other items that were perfect for the kids to enjoy the ocean. The only item that could use addrssing is the cleanliness of the pool.

Great place!

I couldn’t have asked for anything more, except for 1more bedroom . It was large and we could spread out. Very close to everything Love, love, loved it!

Perfect property for my family

The property had everything we were looking for- close to the beach/boardwalk, a pool, plenty of space for my three-generation family of seven people, beach closet with everything we needed for the beach/pool, comfortable, and clean. I highly recommend this property to others. We are hoping we can book again for next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a very nice place. We had a great week! Very clean, close to everything... the only negative for us was that 1 of the queen size beds was very firm and my son had difficulty sleeping and the king size bed was also uncomfortable (depressions ) which was not ideal. Loved the ceiling fans! Just a heads up, you must bring your own trash bags and dish soap, or you can purchase at the corner store as I did!

Very Nice Stay

A little over priced but, this place had everything you could need. It was all very well thought out. Even had beach chairs for us to use! Clean, modern, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend it!

Amazing stay

We loved this condo! The location is a few short steps from the beach, within walking distance of the main streets shops and restaurants. The condo is very modern and clean- beds are very comfortable, shower has great pressure, kitchen is renovated and well stocked. The screened in back deck was a huge bonus- great for morning coffee. It was great to have the pool- small but well maintained. Be aware, the pool deck is extremely hot from the sun. Loved every second of our stay.

Perfect for a family

It was a great stay! We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 child. Ample parking for all 3 couples. The beach closet was so stocked and awesome! I was a little disappointed the pool was not heated this time of year. The porches were fabulous to sit on after returning in the evening for bedtime for the little one. It was clean, spacious, bedrooms were spread out, close to the boardwalk and beach, plenty of restaurants nearby ... just a really great place to stay!

Great location and great value

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well-adorned with amenities. We made great use of all of the space, especially the living area and screened-in porch. The location was wonderful as you can truly just park and leave your car for the week as everything is walkable from the condo. They provided extra parking passes which was nice as we did have a third car for a couple of days. The condo was just the right size for us and was a great value all around! We would definitely consider staying again.

Review

There was some construction that was very inconvenient in many ways. However, Remax and the owners were so accommodating that I can not say enough about their level of concerns. We will be back for years! The condo is so beautiful, up to date and we will rent again and again.

Beauty and the beast

The inside of condo is very nice and updated ! Very comfortable , well appointed .. the toilet seat was broken from day one and no one came to fix it .. the oven didn’t work at all.. nothing major ! We absolutely loved the inside and true proximity to everything - beach , shopping and dining ! The outside of condo is gross ! The screen in porch and balcony although nice look at a parking lot and dumpsters ! The smell is awful from the restaurants below .. building itself outside is run door and awful ! The pool is in a parking lot ! Literally ! Would not use that or go near it ! It’s awful ! So as long as u stay inside the condo it’s lovely !
