A SWEET SURPRISE JUST OFF DUVAL...
Private single family home with off street parking totaling three bedrooms, two and half baths plus outdoor shower. Enjoy an open floor plan with double French doors that open off the kitchen to a backyard oasis with large sunny and heated pool surrounded by tropical vegetation and spacious decks for sunbathing, outdoor dining and grilling your fresh catch.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

Cozy and tasteful furnishings throughout with nautical decor that has you feeling like you are on vacation just stepping through the front door.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
King bedroom and queen bedroom share a large full bath in main house. Queen bedroom has en-suite half bath (sink and toilet). Detached poolside guest cottage is appointed with a king bed and en-suite full bath including a walk-in shower. There is also a sofa-sleeper in the living room of the main home for two additional guests! Perfect setting for families, or couples traveling with friends.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Start your stay on island time in the comfort of the great room with vaulted ceiling, cool tile and natural light from large windows, transoms and French doors. A spacious open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry allows the hosts to share great times while preparing gourmet meals or casual dining. An abundant selection of kitchen supplies to match your culinary skill. Well equipped with a variety of glassware, place settings and service pieces. There is a washer and dryer located on property as well.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Chill with a cocktail in this spacious, heated pool with a beautiful back splash. Dine under the stars or enjoy your morning coffee with a dining table surrounded by tropical flowers and tall palms. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the day, but it is not enclosed.

This was a great property. The main house features two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths and the "pool house" features another bedroom and bath. The pool was great. The property was in a great locations. Quiet, but also a close walk to the action. The property management company was attentive, and great to work with. Overall, a great experience.

This was our 4th time in Key West in the past few years and we have stayed in this house every time. It is a perfect location at the quieter end of Duvall. Restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance. The house is a small cottage, great for 2 couples. It is always clean and in good repair. We had no unwanted iguana visitors this trip, which was lovely. The trees around the pool could use a little trimming to allow for more sun to reach the pool, but that just a preference, not a problem.

Great Property - Great Location!

Wonderful place for a getaway with friends (3 couples). Accommodations were lovely and location was perfect. Just one block from Duval so we were able to walk to many restuarants and shops without being in the middle of the hubbub at night.
