Rialto - Lumineux et panoramique Penthouse au coeur de Venise

Ce charmant appartement est placé dans un palais vénitien XVIII typique, dans le quartier de Santa Croce, une zone centrale qui a été épargnée par les flux de touristes et où vous pouvez toujours trouver le côté typique et honnête de la ville.
Le penthouse a été rénové en 2007 et vécu par les propriétaires jusqu'à il ya quelques années. Voilà pourquoi vous trouverez tout le confort dont vous avez besoin de sentir que vous étiez à la maison.
Chaque chambre est lumineuse et ensoleillée, profiter d'une vue panoramique sur le canal et les toits environnants et "altanas", les terrasses typiques vénitiens placés au-dessus des bâtiments. Sun descend dans la salle de fixer une atmosphère charmante chambre.

La zone:
Le penthouse est à seulement 10 min à pied de la gare et à 15 min de la gare routière. San Stae arrêt de vaporetto est à seulement 1 minute sans ponts pour passer auge. Vous pouvez déguster votre petit déjeuner dans l'un des nombreux bars et restaurants typiques autour de campo San Giacomo (1 min), visiter l'église - l'un des plus anciens de la ville - où il ya des tableaux de Véronèse et Lotto. Le Musée d'Histoire Naturelle et le Musée d'Art Moderne se trouvent à 2 minutes à pied. Marché de produits frais du Rialto et le pont du Rialto sont à seulement 5 minute et à partir de là, vous pouvez rejoindre la place San Marco avec un 10 min belle promenade.

Les propriétaires seront heureux de proposer à leurs invités voyages insolites, pour définir le dîner de chef personnel, donner des conseils pour les restaurants et boutiques et de faire tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour obtenir le meilleur de votre expérience de Venise.

Wonderful rental!

Wonderful place to rent. Great location; quiet but close to all that Venice has to offer. The description is very accurate. Very clean and had all we needed for our two night stay for a family of 6. The owner was very helpful before and during our stay. We would definitely go back!

Over The Rooftops

This apartment is lovely and the kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. We enjoyed the view of the enchanting rooftops of Venice and the San Stae vaporetto stop is just minutes away. There are several charming restaurants at Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio which is about a five minute walk. We especially enjoyed watching the children and dogs playing in the square after school. One thing to be aware of; there are many, many steps to climb to access the apartment but is worth the effort.

Wonderful apartment!

The apartment looks just like the pictures, very clean and well kept. There were 5 adults in our group and we had more than enough room. We were met at the water bus station and walked to the apartment, which was helpful. The apartment is located very close to the water bus stop which is convenient, and there are several restaurants, a bakery and grocery store very close to the apartment. Two things to keep in mind: (1) this apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the stairs are steep but not unbearable, and (2) there is no A/C in the 3rd bedroom/studio room but if the door to that room is left open then the AC from the living room helps cool it down slightly. All in all it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay at this apartment if ever in Venice again.

Great rental

We spent 5 nights in Giorgia's apartment. It is perfectly located in Santa Croce. Short walk from San Stae station when coming from the airport by boat (Alilaguna). Its a quiet zone, not in a touristic zone. So you feel like a real venitian. But there are still a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. And Rialto bridge is still pretty close. Less than 10mn walk. The apartment itself is very roomy. Three bedrooms, great living room. We appreciated the light coming from everywhere in the house. Located in a very small, old and tipycal venetian street, the apartment is very modern and we liked that contrast. As others renters noticed, stairs are steep to arrive in the apartment but it was not a problem for us. Now, I have to say that Giorgia was a fantastic host. She was not in town during our trip but her friend Martha came to pickup at San Stae and guided us to the apartment. When we left , I had the "good" idea to forget in the apartment a bag with my laptop, credit card, keys and a few other stuffs. A bit stressful as you can imagine. Well, Giorgia took care of everything and send me everything back via UPS very quickly. She knows how to take care of her renters, even after they left ;) We were really happy to have chosen Giorgia's home. If you want to come to Venezia, this is really a great place to stay and for a moderate price considering the size and quality of this rental. We'll be back for sure.

Könnte nicht besser sein! Wunderbares Apartment in bester Lage, alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhig und toller Blick über die Dächer von Venedig. Rialtobrücke in unmittelbarer Gehnähe. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort perfekt, Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

We’ve now celebrated our daughter’s third and tenth birthday in this great space. Giorgia makes everything very easy. We love the location (near La Zucca) and an easy walk to just about anywhere.

Charming, comfortable, and convenient

Giorgia is a wonderful host and the apartment is well equipped and located. If we are lucky enough to return to Venice, we’d absolutely stay here again. Perfect location for walking to the tourist sites and wandering through residential areas. The walk from the San Stae vaporetto stop is only a few minutes. Loved every day of this stay!

My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to stay in this beautiful apartment. Perfectly situated for exploring and dining, we were able to make the most of our short time in Venice. I would definitely recommend this lovely home away from home

Venice Neighborhood Gem

The photos are exactly how the apartment is really like. Yes, there are the steep flight of stairs but far fewer than I had imagined. Check-In with Giorgia's friend Marta was easy & she had very good navigating & restaurant advice for us. The apartment was comfortable & we even had a chance to do some home cooking one evening! The place really added to our Venice experience. It was fun exploring neighborhoods away from the tourist crowds but it was also close enough so that if you wanted to you had access to all the major sites. Ciao!

Terrific Venice Apartment

She is the most wonderful host. Highly recommend taking the water taxi when leaving the airport. it’s a great experience and way to enter the city, no matter the added cost. We were met at a drop off point and escorted directly to the apartment, no stairs until you got to the front door. It’s four flights up but worth every step. Apartment had great rooftop views and listening to the bell towers added to the charm. Everything you need is within a 10 minute walk ie grocery. Quite neighborhood, not tourist traffic. Michelin Star restaurant around the corner that we stumbled upon but had already had dinner around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very attentive, checking in to make sure everything was alright. Went above and beyond to give me luggage issues solutions. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Place!

Apartment is in great location, away from the busy tourist areas. Easy water bus access, with close supermarket, bakery, gelato and outstanding restaurants. Giorgia was great to communicate with (she even booked us a water taxi for our arrival). Met at apartment by Alessia, who was helpful in every sense of the way. Looking forward to returning!

Nice apartment away from the crowds

We enjoyed staying at Georgia’s. It was removed from the crowds but still close enough to walk to the major attractions.
