Spacious living area, good bedrooms but beds very high! Would benefit from a fridge with a water machine in.Found the welcome app on fridge day 2.

The place was great. Exactly as described… comfortable, cozy, clean and easy access to lots of local attractions. My kids also had a lot of fun at the pool and courts (tennis, bask, volleyball, pickle ball). Would stay here again when in Orlando.

Place was aged but definitely kept up and very clean. There were not a lot of kitchen plates/cups/etc., but for us we didn't really need them. Loved the security of the complex and this unit was right across from the pool and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy & the man at the front gate was super nice. The floor in our place as you walked in had foot/shoe prints on it. There were crumbs on one end of the couch. Otherwise it was clean. We did not have internet the entire visit. We tired several times everyday & could not get it to work. I did contact the owner but due to no service, our communication was lagged.

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We were impressed the moment we walked in our unit and saw the table set, lights and AC on and everything clean and ready for us. Quiet community and pool is a short walk away from unit. We loved that it was 1st floor and a short walk to parking lot. Each Disney park we went to was 15 - 20 minute drive which was great. We would stay here again!

Our 16 day vacation trip

Our owner was very responsive when notified of a dirty hvac filter (had not been changed for a long time) and a coffee pot that didn’t work. Replacements were installed within hours. We would rent this unit again.

Change of heart

We will never stay on Disney property again after this amazing experience staying offsite at such a lovely condo. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. Love the gated community. The pool was great too!! Walmart pick up orders were so convenient and it was only a few minutes away. Having a washer and dryer in unit was such a plus! Super easy to park, perfect location to easily walk to the pool and playground. There is even a bar at the pool that sells food too! Love love love this place and can’t wait to stay here again!

Easy access. Main entry security/check in guards were absolutely awesome. Nice place to walk around and easy access to amenities. Condo was roomy and comfortable. Great place to have a big family stay. Only three things i can say could use an update. Master bedroom needs a new fitted sheet...very rough and itchy. Pots and pans were not easy to cook with. Also, one of the balcony chairs was not suitable to sit on. Other than that, the stay was great and i would definitely reserve with this condo again.

Family vacation

The Great: Great space, lots of room, great location, nice amenities A couple little things: kitchen pots/ pans/ bowls/ utensils/ tupperware were limited for a family of 6, however, not that big of a deal, just have to do dishes more. When you go to the pool, it is packed, getting enough chairs for a family of 6 can be tricky... especially when some people would have both a table with chairs, as well as towels on a lounge chair so that they could go back and forth... meanwhile taking up a table and 2 chairs per person when other people were laying on the ground by the pool without one chair. All in all, a great place for a family though. The basketball court was great, as was the beach volleyball court. We would definitely recommend this place!

We are very happy you enjoyed your family vacation, Leila. It is unfortunate that the community amenities were busy during your stay, and we hope it did not affect your stay too much. Thanks for taking the time to leave a 5-star review, we really appreciate it!

A bit aged- needs some updates

Overall our stay was fine, but a few updates are needed. The master shower drain does not work properly and the gap under the front door allowed roaches to get in almost daily. I had to shove grocery bags under the door to keep the pests out. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart, and very little kitchen equipment is provided. We found a giant toenail clipping on the couch as well. Other than those few minor things it was overall a good stay.

I think you must have stayed in a different unit Shayna. Not only did you never call once about any of this, and seemed perfectly happy with everything, all the furniture in this home was new just 6 months before you arrived. To call it a bit aged is staggering to me, but I have found over the years that not only can you get people like you in our condos, but that those attending events such as volleyball tournaments often leave bad reviews for some strange reason. Perhaps your team didn't fair as well as you had hoped? The comment about cockroaches is just designed to hurt the unit, an abhorrent strategy from you, and has no truth in it whatsoever. You should be ashamed, but I doubt you will be. And the kitchen provides everything that a VACATION RENTAL has or should have, and it is all shown on the listing. Such a shame that you chose to be so dishonest in your review, but VRBO allows you to do it without providing any evidence at all, so good for you.

Ideal set-up, needs a little TLC, but met our needs

The bedrooms were great for our family. Three bedrooms - one king plus two bedrooms with twin beds. There are quite a few signs of age (wall paper pedaling off, etc). We saw ants in the kids bedrooms and in one of the bathrooms, but it is on the ground floor in central Florida. The condo could use a deep cleaning, new small appliances and cookware, but the towels, linens and surfaces were all fine. We only used the condo for sleeping and didn't cook, so it was great for our needs. Our kids would like to request more thematic decor.
