Queen friendly place

Really great for the airplane enthusiast. Lots of old planes and being restored and flown in the area like nearby has float planes. Just fun place to be

Great place to stay while working in Fairbanks

The area is an interesting place to see aircraft that take off and land in water. Jeff the host was great! Good communication and very helpful.

Great Value, Saved the Day

We had another property booked initially, which was cancelled on us with only 24 hours to spare. Lucky for us, Jeff had just listed his rental, which we snapped up. Close to all the things to do in Fairbanks…cozy little nook apartment above a business, all the comforts of home! A great value as well, I’d rent again in a heartbeat

Dirty

The apartment is very dirty. Sand and dirt covered the floors and the bathroom was just gross. The tub was coated with a thick slippery film.
