O imóvel entrega o que está descrito no anúncio. Excelente localização e ótimo custo benefício. Rejane foi super atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar no fosse necessário. A única ressalva se refere ao sofá cama....poderia ser melhor....é bastante mediano. Razão pela qual não levou 5 estrelas....de resto só ótimas lembranças de uma excelente viagem. O espaço é ideal para um casal, Juliano muito atencioso, Rejane que nos recebe um amor de pessoa, sempre disposta a ajudar, gostamos muito! Deixamos as bikes num quartinho fechadinho no fundo da garagem. O que dificultou um pouco, mas ja estava avisado pelas descrições, foi a falta da garagem, por ser rotativa sem chance de vagas e o estacionamento diário em Balneário é salgadinho 50,00 por dia deixamos o carro no estacionamento Litoral ma 2300 pessoas maravilhosas os proprietários e tudo muito arrumadinho carro em vaga coberta. E para quem não gosta muito de barulho a noite só lembrando que o apartamento tem a janela voltada para Av. Brasil é bem barulhenta, mas é muito bem localizado e pertissimo da praia. Foi uma boa estadia!!!

O imóvel é muito bem localizado. Proximo de tudo. O ponto negativo é o sofá cama que é impossível dormir. Desconfortável. Ao contrário de outros imóveis que já aluguei pelo site, este não dispõe de roupas de cama e banho o que dificulta para quem chega até lá de avião e precisa carregar o mínimo de bagagem.

Quero iniciar esta avaliação, primeiramente falando da Luciana, pessoa responsável, respondeu a todos meus e-mails e ligações telefônicas, perfeita empresária, parabéns; em continuação deixo aqui meus sinceros agradecimentos à Marlene, pessoa muito prestativa me ajudou muito no momento da chegada. Em segundo lugar, falar do apartamento, estadia compreendida entre os dias 21/02/2015 à 14/03/2015, uma belezinha e muito funcional, perfeito para um casal, tudo limpinho e certinho (uma dica, instalação de espelho na porta do banheiro); nesta etapa, destaque para a localização. Em terceiro lugar, merece também avaliação positiva a Síndica do prédio, pessoa prestativa, sempre à disposição, preocupada pelo bom andamento das atividades no Edifício, novamente parabéns. Contudo, quero deixar uma excelente dica de estacionamento; Lavação Sol e Lua, cujo proprietário é o senhor Adair Barba (0xx47.9921.9640); local muito bem situado, bem pertinho do AP, fica na rua 2650, vale à pena, garagem coberta, excelente espaço e tem uma cachorrinha linda chamada BENTA (risos), podem confiar que o proprietário é uma excelente pessoa, prestativo e preocupado com a estadia do veículo; além é claro de praticar preços excelentes; Indicadíssimo. Em derradeiras escritas, minha avaliação é positiva, tanto pelo atendimento da Luciana quanto a estrutura do Apartamento; podem confiar, indico a toda Comunidade Alugue Temporada. Primeiramente a Luciana é uma gracinha, super atenciosa. O apartamento é todo novinho mesmo, cama confortável, tem uma cortina grossinha que não deixa passar a claridade a rua, tv, uma mesinha e um sofá cama. Acho que até um casal com dois filhos dá tranquilo. O banheiro é pequenininhos, mas todo arrumadinho tbm. Eu gostei muito. Recomendo. Sugiro um espelho do lado de fora do banheiro.
