Florida rotation

We stayed here for 5 weeks for a medical rotation. The condo and the property are very nice. The only down side is that there isn’t an elevator and there wasn’t a bathtub for our toddler

I've stayed at this resort previously so knew what I was getting and what to expect. This particular property needs a little work on aesthetics but suited our purposes.

Wonderful stay

My family and I enjoyed our time in the Orlando area for over a week. The place we stayed was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We had access to 3 pools and hot tubs. Also had a sand volleyball court and walking trails. We used it all. Thank you for providing a great place to lay our heads at the end of each exhausting day and a place for a quiet meal with the family. Nice not to have to eat out for every meal.

February Full Month Stay

Great property. Plenty of room. Everything worked great. No complaints. Cleaning company need to do a better job at sheets and bathrooms but nothing a quick wash of sheets and a couple minutes cleaning did not fix. Owner responded immediately to any questions or small issues. Would easily stay there again.

As advertised

We have stayed at this resort before and this was an excellent unit, clean and well furnished. Would be nice if there were more basic supplies like a few coffee filters, spices, etc. but I guess that's the policy here. Bring some basics or expect to have to stock up at the supermarket.

Beautiful condo

When I arrived I noticed the sink had no drain plug to do dishes in. I called the front desk and they said I was to contact the owner. I did the dishes in a plastic wash basin Apart from that everything was great

Review

Great condo and well appointed. New appliances and flooring throughout. Quiet on the third floor. Only negative comment is the beds - they are uncomfortable and the mattresses are quite light. When you rolled over so did your partner...Despite this shortcoming - a great overall experience for two months. We would be happy to rent this condo again and were sorry it was unavailable for our dates in 2025.

Perfect week

My family of 6 stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The property is clean and well maintained. This is a third floor unit with no elevator. Those stairs are the final "feel the burn " after long park days. There is a 24 hr guard and coming in and out was a breeze. Although the location should be changed on Google maps.. when we first arrived we were taken into the back part of this community which seems to be divided (we were told someone else bought that part and was developing) and there is no way through but back out and around to get to the actual property. Overall this place was exactly what we needed and we will likely return. ?

Large 3 bedroom condo. Sofa in main area had tears in it. Owner said ac couldn’t go any lower than 73 because ac unit cold freeze and I would be responsible. Definitely wouldn’t want to stay here in late spring/summer! Nice resort

Spring break

Property was as advertised. Was clean and as shown in pictures. Decorating in condo wasn’t what I’d prefer but it didn’t it didn’t effect our stay. Pools were nice and not overcrowded. Easy to get chairs. Staff at the lobby were very nice and accommodating. Wish the condo had a few simple items like salt and pepper. Would definitely stay at Bahama bay again.

Great location for our tournament

Nice resort. Condo was very clean, but outdated. (Carpet needs to be replaced. ) However for the price it was perfect.

Stay at Bahama Bay

We stayed in a condo at Bahama Bay in Davenport Florida for 2 months Febuary and March 2019. This is a great place, the condo was very nice, it had everything you need. The management company was very helpful when I called them about a minor problem and fixed it right away. The resort is beautiful, it has a bar and restaurant and many pools and hot tubs. We are staying at the same condo next year for 2 months. DIanne P Ontario Canada

Quaint Resort

We had a very nice stay at the resort. The accommodations were clean and well cared for. While the decor was up to date, there were a couple of drawbacks. It is located on the third floor and that provides a bit of an obstacle carrying luggage and groceries upstairs. The televisions in the bedrooms are very small and the toilet paper and paper towels are extremely thin. Yet, the place is quiet and serene and the location is very convenient. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay near Orlando, this is a good choice!

Mixed thoughts

Upon arrival of the condo I was disappointed in the appearance of the carpet. There are many stains throughout the condo. There were no washcloths and a sheet on the wall stating inventory said there should be 12. The master bathtub/shower did not drain properly, so the water would build up during a shower and slowly drain after. The towels are old and scratchy and some of the beach towels had stains. We like the resort amenities such as billiards, swimming pools and shuffle board. The location is wonderful, you can drive to the ocean or beach or both.

Great value!

The condo is just as pictured and described. It is clean, well taken care of and sufficiently stocked. Plenty of room for a family to relax and have their own space. The area is very quiet and nice. So far we have enjoyed both pools and hot tubs. We plan to attend the restaurants super bowl dinner. We wish the management would have informed us of building roof repairs upon check in.
