We’re experienced vacation rental owners, and this is our second home in the Disney area. Having successfully welcomed guests to our 4-bedroom villa for many years, we bring the same high standards, attention to detail and personal approach to our Bahama Bay condo.

We believe a Florida holiday should be something to look forward to and remember. We work closely with our trusted local management team, who know the property well and are available locally should you need assistance during your stay.

As owners, we take a genuine interest in our guests’ experience. From answering questions before you travel to helping with the little things that can make a stay easier, we aim to provide a comfortable, straightforward and enjoyable experience.

Whether it’s your first visit to Florida or your tenth, we hope you’ll enjoy the condo, Bahama Bay and this fantastic part of Florida as much as we do.

We chose Bahama Bay because it offers a great combination of resort-style facilities, attractive tropical surroundings and a convenient location for exploring Central Florida.

The resort has four outdoor swimming pools with plenty of space to relax, along with hot tubs and a children’s splash pad. One of the things we particularly like is the choice of pools – whether you want to be closer to the main resort area or enjoy one of the quieter pools, including the one conveniently located behind our condo.

There’s plenty to do away from the pools too, with tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, shuffleboard, a children’s play area and gas grills available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All of this is set within attractive, well-maintained grounds, giving Bahama Bay a relaxed resort feel while still being within easy reach of Disney and the shops, restaurants and amenities along US-192 and US-27.

Please note that, with our owner-direct property, Tradewinds Restaurant/Bar and the clubhouse/fitness facilities are not available to our guests.

We knew Bahama Bay was the right place for our second Florida home when we saw it. It gives us the combination we wanted – somewhere to relax when we’re not at the parks, while still being ideally placed for everything the Orlando area has to offer.

Being on the ground floor is one of the things that makes our condo particularly convenient – no stairs or lifts, and you can park close to the property, making luggage, shopping and everyday comings and goings much easier.

We’re also towards the front of Bahama Bay, so the condo is straightforward to find without having to navigate through the whole resort – particularly welcome after a long flight or a late arrival.

At the rear, our spacious patio is larger than many found with 2-bedroom condos and looks towards one of Bahama Bay’s quieter pools and hot tubs. It’s close enough to be really convenient, while the garden setting still gives the condo a relaxed feel.

Inside, we’ve invested in the property rather than simply treating it as a rental. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodelled in 2024, carpet has been replaced with allergy-friendly vinyl flooring, and the furnishings have been updated to create a fresh, comfortable home.

For us, it’s the combination of ground-floor convenience, generous outdoor space, a quieter pool nearby and a well-cared-for interior that makes the condo special.
