Great Place!

This property was great! We are a family of 5 (kids age 14, 10, 8) and this place was a perfect landing spot for us. We appreciated having a kitchen and using the pool. It was very quiet when we were there which was so helpful for tired kids after walking the parks all day! We uber'd to both Disney and Universal parks from the Publix which was like a 3 min walk from this place. And The Diner was delicious! Our flight got delayed so we got in super early in the morning but had no problems accessing the place (all codes worked.) We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay

AAU volleyball tournament

We will book again. Close to venue, easy access to restaurants and groceries. Very quiet and comfortable area. Only suggestion..update to a Kurig coffee pod system.

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is just as pictured. Very nicely decorated, clean, and a great location. The king bed was very comfy and we liked having the smaller pool right outside as it was never crowded. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and super quiet. We would stay here again.

Stay for AAU volleyball tournament

Condo was nice and clean and just as expected. Bar at pool is expensive, 17.00 a drink and no outside alcohol. Our entire stay was tainted by our check in process. We arrived 6 hours late due to a flight delay to check in. The code on the door did not work. I called the 24 hour line I was given and they “paged, called” the owners I trip Orlando 4 times in the span of an hour from 1 am-2 am without response. There was not another number for them to call and I had to go to a hotel in the middle of the night with my minor children. Very frustrating. The next morning I called again, no call from I trip and then finally received a text, not a call on how to get a new code for the door. They only refunded one night and did not cover my hotel or offer anything for their massive error. Very disappointed.

Great place and location to convention center

Had a great stay within walking distance to convention center. Place could use a few more kitchen supplies and dishwasher did not work well. I would also suggest bringing your own pillow! Overall though it was perfect for what we were looking for. Really convenient location and steps to Publix and one of the resort pools!

Great Family Home Away From Home

Property is located in the center of it all! Easily accessible from all directions! Plenty of space for my family of 6. When the internet went out, the property manager communicated to me before I even had a chance to talk to them. Everything was perfect!

Nice resort in a great location

We liked the location and the resort facilities. Walking distance to many dinner option including a grocery store. The condo is very nice, high ceilings, roomy and comfortable. We would think the condo would need some deeper cleaning (it need some) and few new more home touches.... We got help when we needed, not much communication?! We enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Overall very decent

Great location to Universal. Very roomy with three bedrooms and two baths. Decent kitchen, living room and eating area. Con: floors were filthy. Towels were basically rags. 2nd bathroom had band aids and hair in the drain creating a standing water situation.

Vista Cay Condo

Living Room-furniture is very soft but the arm on the couch lost its stuffing. However very comfortable to sit and watch TV. Kitchen-very clean and easy to make meals. Queen Bedroom- bed soft and comfortable. Twin Bedroom- bed soft and comfortable. Master- bed was a little hard for my taste. Master bath had very powerful water which I loved! Wish had a step when shaving my legs. Property-well maintained and pool area was fantastic. Really enjoyed our time at this location.

Horrible Place To Stay!

We arrived to property and the door was unlocked. The bed was not properly made. Mattress is in horrible condition. The kitchen table placemats were stained. Bedding was dirty.

Orlando visit

Disappointed in a few aspects. The shower track was not clean. The washcloths were threadbare and need replaced. Areas were dusty. Only two chairs were on the deck; both dirty and one was cheap plastic. The bedroom with king bed was pleasant. Making these improvements will be beneficial.

As expected

Love the location! Condo was as described. Nice decorating. LOVE all the Tupperware it came with since we ate at the condo most meals. Refrigerator had ice and water which was a nice touch! Some upgrades to consider: Tv was hard to figure out, even with written directions. No pizza pan. Dishwasher wheels fall off and it doesn't clean dishes well. Soap doesn't come out, no dishcloths so had to use a towel to wash dishes by hand since dishwasher needs replacing. Even with those things, would stay here again!

Suggest to have the towels placed in the bathrooms not on the shelf above washer and dryer. Also, have a complete roll of toilet paper on each roll in the bathroom. There's very few dishes. Also, add some reading material and a journal so guest can sign it and tell about what they did while they were here. The master bath's lighting is dim to get ready; putting makeup on. Plus the shower only has one small holder. The hall bath's water didn't get that hot. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The unit is spacious and was clean. It was very close to attractions.

Great location and nice unit

We needed a place close to the convention center that was not a hotel. This condo is in the perfect location! It is a beautiful property overall with a nice pool (that we never we made it into). It is quiet with ample parking and is only a few minute drive to the entrance of the convention center. This unit sits perfectly with easy access off the property. There is a great plaza just outside of that entrance (walkable from this unit) with some restaurants (ate at Beth’s Burger Bar which was good), and it also has a Publix which always seemed fully stocked every time I was in there. But the unit we stayed in was a very nice size. It was only my 2 kids and my husband and I. We had more than enough room with the 3 bedrooms. There are 2 queens in the one room, a queen in the second and then the king in the master. It was well decorated and felt clean for a rented condo. If it were a unit I owned, (I am picky) the only things I would make sure of are to get the tile and grout cleaned every so often after high traffic of guests. Also, I would correct any issue with the kitchen lighting. (The light did not work while we were there.) I will say working with Dan that he promptly replied to my messaging on the light being out in the kitchen. We just weren’t there long enough or around during the day for a visit from maintenance. With some natural light coming in, it was doable. Overall, it was a good stay!

Great location, clean apartment.

Great location! The apartment was close to the Convention Center, and also had a grocery store and many restaurants within close walking distance. It is on the 4th floor; elevator was stuffy. Only minor issues we noted: it always felt warm. Overhead fans in the bedrooms would be appreciated. Bathroom doors did not lock, and the dishwasher rack wheels were broken. These are minor inconveniences - we would definitely stay there again. We felt safe and place was clean.
