Great location, you are right next to Camp Helen which allows for a nice buffer on the West side. Easy access to complex and beach. The unit was very clean and well appointed but is aging. Pinnacle Point is a huge complex and even though it is so big, there was never a sense of it being overwhelmingly crowded, even on a weekend leading into a holiday. There is significant construction going on in the building which was disruptive on a couple of occasions. Someone above us was doing renovations there was constant drilling and the elevators are being completely overhauled. This is a good find for those who are looking to be on the water with quick access to the beach.

The beach was excellent. Very private areas to spend your day at the beach. Loved it being next to undeveloped areas, the inlet, near St Helen state park. The amenities: dishwasher, microwave, countertops, fridge was very nice. The only downside to our stay was completely different furniture pictured. It wasn’t terrible but the couch was below average quality. And, we saw the outside amenities but didn’t use because of the inconvenience of distance to use pool or weight facilities.

Excellent stay

We loved loved loved this condo. Very relaxing and even better than we anticipated.! Perfect for two girlfriends as there was a mirror and sink outside the bathroom and cabinets beside it for us to put our face products and hair products and we could get ready at the same time. Truly genius!!! We adored our ocean view and balcony. We both would stay here again!!

We liked our stay in early June 2025

We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. The condo is very clean and so close to the beach making it so easy to set up for the day. It appeared to have all new appliances The only mentionable items of concern were that the condo was musky/damp, the bed was nice but a bit too hard, and the outdoor furniture needs to be updated. We had an excellent stay and loved the location!

Nice clean unit

Clean unit. Beautiful view of the ocean. Did have a leak in the shower, but could tell they had tried to work on it. Caused no problems for us tho. Unit was fully stocked with what you needed. Publix was near bye. Even for the week of the 4th of July. The beach was not over crowded on that end of the complex.

Ocean Vista

Everything went smoothly and the furnishings were beautiful. The view was amazing and i loved the high top table and chairs out on the balcony. The only snag was that i got trapped out on the deck, because the door was impossible to open from the outside. Luckiest my sister was staying in another building and came to rescued me. All turned out fine.

Beach Vacation

This condo has everything you need for a peaceful vacation! The view from your bedroom and balcony is beautiful! The condo is one of the last ones before Camp Helen so you aren’t on top of other people while enjoying the beach. We love the gated community and the security of the Pinnacle Port employees on the property. There is a Publix across the street for all your grocery needs so you can cook your meals and enjoy them on the balcony with all the kitchen necessities that are available. We love this area because it isn’t in the hustle and bustle. It is very quiet and calm! The washer and dryer is a huge bonus as well! I love having everything clean before getting home from vacation. This is our second time staying at this condo and we will be back!

Good place to stay

I noticed the previous reviewer had lots of problems. They must have cleaned it up before out stay because we had none of those. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We initially had a problem with the entry door not locking correctly but I contacted management and they had someone come that day to make the repair, and he did a great job. We have no complaints regarding this unit, to the contrary it was very nice and we will definitely stay there again.

Very Dirty, mold/ mildew smell

This is by far the worst condo I have stayed at out of the twelve years I have been staying at Pinnacle port. Problem #1 The access code they sent me in my email to use didn’t work not a huge deal. We finally got a new code and it worked. We Got inside and the mildew/ moldy smell hits you right away. I have horrible allergies and sinus problems so this wants good for me. I don’t recommend the unit to anyone that have allergies or sinus problems. We then looked around and WOW I could not believe how dirty this condo was. Where to start? In the kitchen there was food splattered all over the wall and light switch. Food all on the refrigerator door where the previous renters had opened the door. Dried food on the cabinet doors gross. That isn’t even the worst of it. The floors were so dirty I wouldn’t take my shoes off until I went to sleep or took a shower then I put them right back on. The bathroom oh my! The shower was never cleaned and I’m not talking just one or two maybe three times it was months and months. The amount of mold around the shower pan and glass doors was absolutely disgusting. I would not take a shower until I went to Walmart and got bleach to clean it. So it was cleaned for the nested renters. On The bottom of the shower pan you could see other peoples dirty foot prints before I cleaned it. The little cubby in the shower that holds your shampoo and stuff, Someone else disposable razor cap was still in the cubby. As the so called cleaning person or persons just pushed it back to put the sample shampoo, body wash and towel in the cubby. The toilet ran all night every day. The ceiling in the shower looked like it was going to fall in including the mold on it. The mattress you literally fall in a hole where everyone else has slept. There is a lump between each side because of the sunk in mattress where you sleep. The rug in the living room is very dirty and never vacuumed. Just sit in the chair by the patio doors and look under the couch you will see all the food that has been dropped and the dust balls under it. The couch is very dirty. I put sheets down on anything we sat on because its so dirty. First time ever having to do that. The internet and TV didn’t work my husband messed with them to get them going. I called the manager about they told me to call maintenance so she gave up the number well that number was to the condo we were staying in. The AC went out and was out for five days. Nobody would get back to up. #nofanincondo

A great place to stay

The property was very nice, The location was great! We enjoyed the stay, Only thing was the bathroom door had 2 hinges that was loose, I called and they came right over and fixed it in seconds. The couch smelled and was dirty looking. However, we just put a sheet over the couch and it was fine. We spent most of the time at the beach or the pool. The property was very clean, bed was comfortable, loved sitting on the patio in the evening looking over the ocean. We used the kitchen to cook many meals, overall this was a great place to stay, and we will be back to stay on our next trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay on our vacation.

All you need

This property had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and bedding. The patio was very spacious. We loved the water pressure and temperature as previous properties we have experienced elsewhere have lacked in this. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. This unit is far away from the heated pool but we are young and didn't mind the walk over. Super close to play ground and grills. Parking is plentiful. Maybe including a map of the entire facilty with building location on the listing would help. Place was quiet and not crowded at all during spring break. Would stay here again everyone was very friendly.

Love PCB

Nice condo and a nice area of Panama City beach. The complex had two nice pools, a grilling area, a lake for fishing and boating, playground for kids and outdoor games. Our condo had an easy Beach access.

First its a beautiful view of the ocean. Few things about the room. No can opener had to run to dollar general and purchase one. Nice condo. Rug needs to be thrown away. The mold and Mildew smell definitely needs to be addressed if you have breathing problems this is not a good room for you. We had to clean out the dehumidifier when we got here it was nasty and the water smelled terrible in it. We had to buy candles due to the smell. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. We love the property here it’s our favorite. Thinking about purchasing in this area. Love the bay view as well. If you own jet skies bring them with you. We will next time.

Don’t

Shower assaulted us everyday. Never have I had pain cause by the water pressure. Mildew smell the entire time. Door code was inaccurate on email and had to call to get a new code.

Great location, disappointed in condo

We love this area of the gulf. Condo was disappointing. Great view and water pressure in shower. Toilet seat must be the original. Furniture was uncomfortable. Rug needs replacing. TV service was terrible. Pots and pans are old and gross. Won’t rent again

Perfect condo for a guy’s trip. Location is awesome and the balcony is absolutely right on the beach. The unit shows a little age on the inside but everything works well. Once again, for a group of guys just wanting to hang out and enjoy the beach, it’s absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t waste your money!

This property was moldy, smelled terrible and we found multiple cockroaches. The condo was outdated and badly needed to be repaired and furniture replaced. The management company was terrible to deal with and we will never be renting from them again.

Gorgeous view

This was smaller than what I thought it was, but the view was worth it from the balcony. There plenty of pans to cook with and plenty of towels. I would recommend having salt, pepper and sugar on hand as well, but totally understand with the COVID-19 pandemic of not having condiments that others have used. Great place for couples with one kid.

Disappointed to say the least

I am not one to typically make these kinds of reviews, and I initially tried reaching out to the property manager regarding my concerns, but when management decided to completely ignore my concerns, I decided that possible future renters should know about the issues we found regarding this property. First off, I had to reach out to management myself in order to get any check in information regarding our stay. Once they sent the information, they mentioned a form that needed to be handed to security upon arrival, but failed to send the form and then blamed it being sent to my junk mail. I finally got the form last minute. Upon arrival, we instantly noticed a strange, almost mildew type smell and the condo was extremely hot and humid. There was a de-humidifier in the room, which we had to run 24/7 in order to keep the smell at bay. The room did not seem super clean - we wiped everything down with Clorox wipes and had to vacuum the rug ourselves because it was so dirty and filled with sand still. The kitchen pantry smelled strongly of ketchup and all of the drawers in the bathroom and bedroom smelled old and also of mildew. We also noticed numerous spots in the very old popcorn ceiling that were more than likely mold. The bed also seemed to sink down on both sides and creaked loudly when moving around in it. The room had a great ocean view and was in close proximity to the beach access and parking. Luckily for us, we spent most of our time on the beach and not much time in the condo. Based on location and price, this condo could be 5 stars all around with some very simple updates and fixes. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to see if this happens.
