NEW FOR 2024: Traveling with friends? Why not stay next door to each other! Book a stay at our sister property, located right next door at 3093 Cordgrass Ct and stay close to your friends and family.

Located in the scenic village of Fenney, this well-maintained Villa is the perfect getaway! Includes a golf car, golf clubs and 2 resident ID's so you can take advantage of the 13 Championship courses and 40 Executive courses located throughout The Villages. Nightly entertainment can be found in any Village Square, as well as fabulous restaurants and shopping. Back home there is a BBQ grill and full kitchen in case you feel like eating in. Owner provides two bicycles so you can enjoy the endless trails available. Located minutes from the Fenney Nature Preserve, you can take a leisurely stroll around the beautiful live oaks while looking for otters, owls, baby alligators, herons and much more. Inside the home there are tv's in every room with streaming capabilities and basic channels. Owner also provides high speed internet (WiFi) and a printer just in case you need to do a little work. Plenty of games, puzzles, books, etc to pass the time if you feel like staying home. Come see why The Villages is called "Disney World for adults."

More than enough

I was amazed how much was provided for me to enjoy my vacation right from day one .The owner took care of any questions I had immediately. If you want beauty, peace and quiet, beautiful pools, nice restaurants, this is the place. The neighborhood is very friendly. I definitely recommend this villa!
