Ocean Front Condo. Recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath - 1800 square feet at Ponce de Leon Towers. Take the elevator to the 6th floor--walk in and all you see is ocean. The master bedroom, overlooking the ocean, is a king bed with an ensuite bath room. The master bedroom does have blackout curtains for those of you who like to sleep in while on vacation.

The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds (all new). Bathroom adjacent to this bedroom with bath tub, shower and sink/toilet.

Additional sleeping is available on the queen pull-out couch if needed.

This unit has a full-size kitchen overlooking the dining room and living room to the ocean.

There is a recreation room for pool or ping pong as well as a library if you are in need of a book. The pool is next to the recreation room.

Steps to the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels provided. Washer and Dryer on the floor.

If you are in need of a cocktail, 1 building over is Chase's on the Beach. Across the street is SoNapa Grille.
