Completely stocked with cooking hardware, washer/dryer, and plenty of entertainment options (2 oversized 4k TVs, surround sound in main living area, board games/cards, poker table, outdoor hangout. Extremely fast gig speed internet, so the whole family can stream! Amazing location! Brand new backyard fit for entertainment with firepit, grill, seating, and grass. 1 minute to highway i5, 11 minutes to Sacramento Int Airport, and 12 minutes to UC/Downtown Davis. Garage space not included.

This is part of Woodland's more modern district. All the houses are clean and well maintained, and it's within walking distance to many facilities (Restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and coffee). Also -- of course -- it's very close to UC Davis without being caught in the business of the city of Davis.
