This is a fun place to stay for a small family or gathering of friends. There were a few minor maintenance issues during our stay, but the host was very accessible and even ordered and had delivered two new TV remotes and batteries since one was not working upon arrival. The location is fantastic if you are attending an event in Discovery Park, and also very close to downtown. Air conditioning was set and welcomed upon arrival. My son and I had a great time and were able to use the hot tub one evening, though it was too hot the rest of our stay to use it. The place was clean and we felt safe. We will definitely look this one up again next year.
Overall, a great place to stay in Sac for 5 days! Hot tub was awesome, beds were comfortable and the area is really quiet. Will definitely book again on the next stay.
We enjoyed our stay. The home has been remodeled and served us well. We didn’t spend much time lounging there but it had enough space for my young grandchildren to relax and play.
The unit is clean and well equipped, located in a nice working-class neighborhood. This was very convenient to downtown and suited our purposes very well.
On a cold day, the home was warm and welcoming. All rooms were exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The best attribute is the back yard. It's perfect for an outdoor meal or casual get together
Nicely updated 3-BR home within 5-min drive to old town Sacramento waterfront. Each BR has its own A/C and ceiling fan - very comfortable. Nice back yard space with hot tub, fire pit and grill.

Nice enough, but located in a working class, crowded neighborhood. Not very well stocked - no coffee. Kind of dark inside - nothing nice to see out the windows. Nice back yard but not easy to access.
This is a great property in a quite but accessible location in Sacramento. Check-in was easy. There was small delay on getting the correct keypad code, but it was resolved quickly and immediately.
Only thing we missed from the pictures was the umbrella at the table in the back yard for shade. On hot sunny days the shade would have made the back yard more tolerable in the heat.
Overall great stay and would recommend to others.
Our youngest son was in the process of moving to CA. In the span of 2 weeks we needed to find an apartment, buy a car, register for class, and land a job. The location of the house was central to everything and very comfortable. Thank you for all that you did to make our stay perfect!
We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean. The only thing is that the hot tub was cold. Took us 24 hours to heat it up just to read on the display that maintenance is needed. So we decided not to use it

Bo ho getaway
The house was smaller than i thought it would be. Id hope to enjoy the backyard with a bbq, but thr tables were dirty with spiderwebs and the yard was full of weeds. The ceilng fans didnt work, but the beds wre very comfortable and the inside of the house was lovlyy
I want to mention that srth was awesome.
Seems like they did the bare minimum.Everything was clean except for the hot tub smelled like fish and the kitchen wallpaper was held up with duct tape. There was no toaster, no coffee or sugar and no pepper but had 3 different kinds of salt.No handle on the dryer was broke off so we had to open it with a butter knife(also note that the washer and dryer are in a small pace so beware if you are a larger person). The propane hose for the fire pit looked like there was a hole in it so we opted out of turning it on. Either the Ice machine in the freezer was broken or was never hooked up to water. Another thing to note is wear swim shoes or flip flops(something that you won't have to dry out after getting out of the water) outside if your feet can't handle the rocks around the hot tub

The outdoor area was nothing like advertised, it appeared unmaintained, damaged furniture, overgrown weeds, debris, dirty hot tub, and hosts refused to offer a partial refund. Verbo was unable to offer anything but an apology.
The house is great! Simply but beautifully decorated. House was stocked with linens, washer and dryer, dishwasher, bath soaps and hand soap. Be prepared to bring your own laundry soap, broom and vacuum.
We would have loved to received a little more detail about trash separation, using the light remote controls, and a broom or vacuum would have been nice.
We have a family of all ages and all nine of us got comfortably in the house for a week.
I stayed at a few Vrbo locations and I must the time effort placed into this property is unmatched definitely a hidden gem. I had my mother with me and she an interior decor person and even she was impressed. All the beds were great and 5 star quality. Quite location off the grid I highly recommend
