Welcome to EC230, the epitome of a luxurious coastal get-a-way. This stunning home has been crafted with designer decor and furnishings, creating a truly inviting ambiance. Enjoy bright and airy living spaces, all with beautiful views. From the spacious living areas to the fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, you'll find plenty of space to gather and enjoy. This home also features a dining table that can seat 5 with additional seating at the kitchen counter. Step outside where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The private balcony over looks one of the two shared pools El Cortez has to offer, plus you are within walking distance or a short golf cart ride to the boardwalk!

Beautiful place

We had an amazing time staying here. It was walking distance to the beach and a beautiful place inside. Very clean and well kept up. We would definitely stay here again!

It was great for seven of us with 6 girls it was very nice to have two bathrooms. Nice kitchen and the dish washer was a plus. Plants of space for everyone! The beach was with-in walking distance.

Very nice place

This place was very nice for all ages. Very clean and cute set up. We loved that we could walk to the beach and also had a pool for the kids to enjoy. It also had plenty of cooking supplies.

Relaxing, Clean and Close to the Beach!

This property was perfect for our stay and ideal for two couples! We had plenty of space and really enjoyed it. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies we could ask for, and the balcony was the perfect spot for morning coffee and late-night chats.The pool was just the right size and had a cute gazebo that added a great touch to the outdoor space. The other guests were friendly and respectful, and the location was super convenient—just a short distance from the beach. We rented a golf cart, which made exploring even easier.We’d definitely choose this place again for our next trip to Port A!

Overall, the place was kept up fine for the age of the property. It was cleaned well on the surface, but dishes just seemed dirty and couches were very used… and I felt kind of icky sometimes. There was a bad plumping smell in the master bathroom that lingered into the bedroom. The worst part was the master fan was missing a blade, which I notified the property manager immediately, and we could not turn the fan up higher than low. The room was extremely hot at night. All in all it was a fine place to stay, but we won’t be back.

When we first arrived at the property we weren’t even sure we were in the right location as it was further from the beach than we thought. The outside is very dated, the inside is cute and looks like it was remodeled within the last few years. There were ants all over the floor and several roaches as well during our stay. There was one roll of toilet paper in the main bathroom and absolutely no shampoo or conditioner in either bathroom, both dispensers were empty. Luckily there is a dollar general down the road, we made several trips there to get essential items. The beach is fantastic, it’s about a 10 minute drive from this property. Check in process was great, check out was as well but overall a little disappointed in the property. I am not one to write a bad review but the bug issue needs to be addressed along with the lack of necessity items such as toilet paper, salt and pepper etc.

The property was clean, and the pool was great. The furniture is in great condition and the kitchen fully functional.The master bedroom bathroom was difficult. It's really small so if you're over 6 feet you might hit your knees on the wall when using the toilet. There is very low water pressure in the shower. It took a few minutes to rinse off. We all used the other bathroom which was great.If you rent a golf cart, make sure you know which boardwalk to use. The owners of the houses next to the property will confront you and make you turn back if you go to the wrong boardwalk. It would be nice if they could mark the entrance to the boardwalk a little better, so we don't bother others.This property sits behind another building so you can't see it from the highway. Also, the sign is super small from the highway so have your Waze or navigation on so you will know when to get in the turn lane to turn. We had trouble at night seeing the sign and it's a busy highway.I had a few questions, and it took over 24 hours for a response from management. They were not urgent questions so that may be why they were slow to respond. I did get the immediate "we'll respond as soon as we can" email as soon as I hit enter though.Overall, it's a reasonable price for a nice property.
