PETS: For the safety of pets and our space, animals may not be left alone. Please include all pets in your reservation—the pet fee covers deep cleaning for allergy-sensitive guests. The listing is accurate. The place is very spacious and clean. We had 9 people including young children and we had plenty of space to spread out. Nice sized kitchen with a large dining area. The location is residential but easy access to interstate and attractions. The driveway is STEEP when it snows. There is not much of a yard since it's on a hill for young kids to be outside. Very close to zoo and Broadmoor.

Spacious accommodations in a convenient location

The property has all the essentials for a great stay in Colorado Springs. We especially the well tuned piano and the steam shower in the master suite was a nice surprise as well.

The house is spacious and clean. Very comfortable. The house is very centrally located to everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The master bath shower is amazing. Steam shower is wonderful. Had small problem with the door lock and the owner came right over and replaced the battery. We were very impressed. Great communication. The pictures are very accurate to the place. The kitchen has an amazing stove. The only thing the place needs is a pizza cutter. We would definitely stay again.

Host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. Home was very roomy, but in need of some TLC, deep cleaning, appliance/HVAC maintenance. More hand towels, coffee cups and glasses would have been nice, as not enough for how many home can accommodate. For those traveling with pets, there is no grass yard, but nice area to walk.

Great for large families

We stayed here as a family of 6 and absolutely loved the house and location! The only downfall of the house is driveway is very steep, but it is easily solved by parking in the road. The house also has beautiful views!

A great house in a wonderful location

We enjoyed staying in this house very much. As a family of four, we had enough space and had a wonderful time there. The location is perfect for people who love to explore nature spending time in the Garden of the Gods. The interior is well-designed, and all the amenities you need are there.
