It is three blocks away from the exclusive Bal Harbour Shops, and 15 minutes from South Beach. Square footage 1650. The Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour Hotel charges $65/day per unit to have access to all the amenities this 5 star hotel has to offer. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Valet parking is $55/day. Please non smokers only!

This is a beautiful one-of-a-kind unit at the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbor. It is spacious with views of the ocean and intercoastal. Marcos was a pleasure to work with and easy to communicate with. The Ritz Carlton property is beautiful with great amenities.

Amazing views

The property has some of the best views in Miami with the view to the north over Haulover Park and aqua blue water greeting us each morning. The views to the south towards Miami were great at night. Very nice beach and pool at the Ritz. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good Value Stay

We enjoyed our stay and felt we got a good value for the cost. Unit was clean and adequately stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Watching the boats constantly going in and out of the inlet was very nice. Beach service was superior to other similar places we have stayed. Shower had very good water pressure and flow to make you feel clean after the beach or other outdoor activities. Food in restaurant and room, was very good but slow and expensive. No issues and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

Best ocean, channel and intracoastal views with three big balconies to enjoy it. High floor with full kitchen, and new paint and carpets. The beach is also the most spacious and less crowded on the whole Bal Harbour. The views from this building are unobstructed by other structures which makes it very unique particularly with all the new construction in the area.

What makes this property unique

The amenities in this 5 star hotel are very special and there are not that many units so even if the building is at capacity you never feel crowded. It has a very private feeling and makes you not want to leave.
