Beautiful view

My husband had a great time staying in this condo. It's directly across the street from the ocean and everything is comfortable. We especially love the lanai where we would sit every night and watch the people going up and down Alii Dr., watch the sunset, and just listen to the waves. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Alii condo. Every morning we watched the waves crash on the shore while enjoying a cup of coffee. The location was an easy distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. We were also close to the Kailua Bay Pier, where we watched a pod of spinner dolphins swimming amongst the distance swimmers, and were able to pick up a sunset boat tour. Look forward to returning!

Plenty of room for us all and ALL the amenities that one needs. Comfortable beds and excellent views from the Lanai. We had friends come to our room nightly for the sunsets! Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the condo comfortable. Our marketing does state that the property is located in downtown Kona, which comes with the convenience of being close to restaurants, shops, and the oceanfront — but also with the liveliness of a central location. We understand that city sounds can affect each guest differently, and we’ll take your note into consideration to make sure future guests have the right expectations. We appreciate your input and hope the rest of your stay in Kona was enjoyable.
