Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at the Peabody. It had comfortable beds, a cozy porch, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Walt was easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future!

Great little Gameday getaway!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for a local baseball tournament and need somewhere close by to stay. For a family a 5, a hotel room is not ideal but The Peabody was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for any MSU games or functions.

Great spot in Stakvegas!

We were visiting for baseball and found this great location for our family. The condo felt like home, was very clean, and in a quiet location. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Walt did great at communicating with me. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely book another stay!

perfect stay

Condo was perfect for our days in Dtarkville. It was just my Grandson and me. Two bedrooms and two baths gave both of us our space. close to the baseball field and all the places to eat. We would stay there again if we come back to Starville

Parents Weekend at MSU

We were in town from SC. Hotels are just not comfortable with a big family. This property was perfect and the owner was a delight! Will be my go to home away from home when visiting Starkville.

Nice enough

A little smaller than it looks online. Very clean, but with underlying dog smells. Kitchen is not very well equipped.

Walking distance to everything

Not a huge place, but could comfotably fit 4. Walking distance to restaurants, campus, the dude, and downtown. The host was great. We chatted a few times and met up with him at a baseball game. Place was clean, quiet, and lots of hot water. Unit number is a bit confusing. Highly recommend though. We plan to stay here again when we are back for events.

Great location!

The condo is in walking distance to the Cotton District which is so convenient. It’s a nice place to stay and Walt is very responsive. We’ll definitely book it again when we’re in Starkville.
