While staying at 2Pumpkins Retreat you will have access to designated onsite parking with two parking passes, a fitness room, and an outdoor pool. Getting settled inside is a breeze with this first floor unit (no stairs to walk up!) and touchpad code access deadbolt lock. Inside the condo you will be treated to a cozy and comfortable environment with upscale decor. Each of the two bedrooms features a queen bed, a 40 inch TV, and a private bathroom. One of the bathrooms features a large walk-in shower with handrails and sitting area. The other bathroom features a bathtub with shower combination. The living room features a 65 inch TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a leather chair reading nook. The full size kitchen features all modern appliances including microwave. Counter space is abundant with lots of room for cooking and gathering. Within the kitchen area you will also find a small dining table and a desk, and just outside the back door, you will be treated to a cozy porch that's perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

As you settle into 2Pumpkins Retreat you will find attention to detail throughout. When you first walk through the door you will notice the updated LED lighting that was recently installed throughout the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen is equipped with all standard utensils and supplies for making a delicious meal during your stay. Complimentary Keurig coffee is also supplied. Washing a large load of laundry is easy with the full size size washer and dryer and provided laundry supplies. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Bathrooms are equipped with shampoo and soap, a hairdryer, and plush towels. The two queen beds feature high quality designer bedding and the mattresses are encased in water and pest proof zippered protectors.

Fast WiFi internet access is complimentary, and Smart TV availability is provided via Roku platform with "guest mode" that allows you to log into any of your own streaming or cable TV services to use during your stay. Local network channels are provided. Central heating and A/C are controlled via Nest thermostat and entry into the unit is controlled via touchscreen keypad deadbolt lock.
