The view from the balcony cannot be beat! Janet was very responsive and kind! We also appreciated the cleanliness of the facility restrooms, and the convenience of beach access with beach chairs provided. We had a great experience.

We will definitely be booking again! Check in was so easy, the cleaners got done early so we got to check in a little early. The condo itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed, and you are just steps away from the beach. We loved it!

We enjoyed.our stay at the condo! It's right on the beach, and having access to the beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus! Janet was very responsive and helped recommend a paradsailing company. The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Cleanliness was exceptional, location was perfect, right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Great amenities available for the beach, which is literally steps away. And the hosts were fantastic. Seamless communication, check-in and check out processes. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying there again!!

We arrived the Saturday before Isaias was going to hit. The weather for the first two days was a total wash out but Janet message me with a list of indoor activities which was SO thoughtful! We were able to get a few good beach days before the hurricane began to move in. Again, Janet was communicative throughout the week regarding hurricane updates. We were so impressed by her real interest in our stay. We had to leave early because of the weather and Janet made sure to refund us for the night we lost. She was absolutely awesome! The condo was as pictured, small but perfect for our little family, great views, convenient. Loved!

We had a great stay here, the view was amazing with easy beach access. We liked that there was always security. The pool was great and the condo was not crowded giving a great experience at the beach. Check in process was wasy and owner communication was great.

I can't say enough good things about this property! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed within walking distance. There was a closet with beach chairs and umbrellas, which was fantastic and saved us from having to rent from beach vendors. The host was also very friendly and responsive- we greatly appreciated her recommendations. We hope to stay with her again on a future trip!

This place was great! The views are wonderful for patio sitting, the beach, pools and grill area are very easily accessed. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location is close to many great eating and shopping places making it very convenient. The only thing we weren’t prepared for was needing to buy/bring toilet paper and paper towels so keep that in mind during your stay. There was TP in each bathroom upon arrival but only a piece of a roll in each and the same with paper towels. No big deal we ran back out and got both but just didn’t pay attention that no extra was in the vanities. Janet was wonderful, checked on us and made sure all was well, was quick to respond the few times we reached out to her. We had a great time and will definitely revisit and highly recommend this place.

(Since our guests stay anywhere from 3 days to 3 months, that is our system... I will double check the check in info to make sure it is clear!) Hope to have you back soon!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our needs! The views were amazing with easy access to the pool and beach. The balcony was larger than any condos we stayed in before and was equipped with nice furniture. Communication with Janet (Host) was exceptional. I would certainly stay here again.
