The Space
• Private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in Kure Beach, NC
• High Speed Wifi
• 2 HD Smart Roku TVs
• Free Parking for one car
• 2 beach chairs provided
• Family friendly amenities – pack’n’play, children's utensils & tableware
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Three-minute walk to the public beach access and the Kure Beach boardwalk with great restaurants, coffee, ice-cream, an arcade, fishing pier, and more!

These guidelines are here to help you and your group settle in comfortably, enjoy every amenity, and leave the space just as wonderful as you found it for the next guests. Please take a moment to read through and share with your group.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

🚗 Parking: Parking is available for 1 car in the parking lot. The lot is shared with other condos so please park only in the designated spot labeled #3.

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.

🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

📜 Guests must sign rental agreement and submit ID verification

🐾 No pets are allowed

We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable retreat where guests can truly relax and make lasting memories. Very clean place! We could see the ocean from our room. Walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes. The host were amazing and great communication! Note that parking is tight if you plan on driving a truck! Other than that it was amazing!

Short trip

Had a good time. Short walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the paper products, soap, trash bags. The oatmeal, coffee, popcorn etc was a thoughtful gesture; however the granola bars that were offered were moldy when I opened them. May want to change those out more frequently?Parking was a challenge. Extremely tight spaces for anything but the most compact car. Cleaning crew parked in our space while we were out, had to knock on doors to find them and have them move. A/C units are very loud, especially in the bedroom. No electrical outlet in bathroom, but you can plug the provided hairdryer in the outlet on the bedroom wall. If you bring your own hair tools it’s possible the cords won’t reach. No fan over stove so if you fry anything you’ll have smells to contend with i.e. bacon. Need some more appropriate silverware for adults, never seen smaller spoons than those! There is also plasticware that looks like it’s for children. The worst problem is the SMELL of the hot water!! Smells like rotten eggs, so much so, it made me nauseated. Cold water was fine but the water heater definitely needs some attention. The “deck” is very narrow, about 3 feet. The stools need replacing as they feel as if they’ll come apart at any time. My husband is 6’2” and 250 and was afraid to sit on them. The back door knob needs replacing also, gets stuck and difficult to open. Door will only partially open due to the bed is in the way. We enjoyed our trip but would not stay here again.

The condo was okay. The condition needs improvement. Cabinets and countertop warped. Something of a dampSmell but you forget about it after a few minutes. Flooring busted in several locations. The king size bed was fantastic. Very comfortable.The listing lists laundry under amenities, but then further down says “coil laundry” which I incorrectly understood to mean you paid to use the laundry provided in the condo (or at least on the property). However, the “amenity” listed is that there is a laundry mat within driving distance. Hosts were very responsive and the check-in process was smooth.

This property was exactly as described and shown in pics. It’s a GREAT location with an easy walk to the beach - and to the Kure Beach pier. And we felt like even though it’s a public beach access, very few people were actually there. We felt like it was incredibly private and serene! It’s a very simple property, no frills, but clean and just what we needed for a get-away. The bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure, and the location was unmatched. As some reviews stated, the AC unit in the bedroom was loud and unpredictable with the sound, as it cuts on and off throughout the night, but it did keep the room super comfortable. Another review also stated the stove/oven doesn’t have a fan to evacuate smells, but we really didn’t find that to be a huge issue. And we had bacon one morning!Parking is tight, as many have suggested, but with our Nissan Rogue, we were totally fine. Easy stairs to navigate - nothing cumbersome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners were extremely respondent when we wanted to extend our stay - we extended by a night as we were having such a great time! The price indicated no frills - and that’s what we got. But super clean and great communication - excellent experience. 5 stars!
