Great spot for Fall Break!

We loved it here! The view is amazing and the property is clean and well maintained! The free chairs and umbrella was a huge plus. Great family environment. Only complaint is the bed in the master. The bed frame is broken on left side causing a huge dip on that side. It should be a quick fix but it’s something that should be fixed! Thanks so much for a great family getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely, clean condo with perfect view of the Gulf. Great amenities--we liked not having to lug any chairs to the beach. Living room furniture may need to be updated. Also noticed it's very warm in the master bedroom, even after we had the drapes closed all day to keep out sun. Overall, this is a beautiful place to stay, especially if you're a first-timer.

Great get away

An amazing view of the beach and ocean right outside our door. Very convenient with kids! Everyone I talked to at Brooks and Shorey was very professional, helpful and friendly. Wonderful Beaches and Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to the area and we really enjoyed it. Our only complaints would be 1) one side of the king size bed in the main bedroom had a deep sunken area- my husband and I both had to sleep on one half of the bed. 2) the sleeper sofa looks in good condition but was very uncomfortable. Other than those issues, the condo was great! Beachfront and awesome views!

Oh no, this is the first we've heard of the master bed issue, these are TEMPUR PEDIC mattresses in this condo, so it definitely should not have been anything but comfy to the max! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we're going to address it now and please make sure to note that we do have maintenance and housekeeping on the Island all day every day and we love the opportunity to address issues like these that arise for our really are here to try to make everything as perfect as can be! Also, same goes with the sleeper, it's actually fairly new so we're going to have our general manager inspect it and see what could be the issue there also. THank you again for your honesty, and thanks for taking the time to submit this feedback! We appreciate you booking through us and we really hope to welcome you again to Fort Walton Beach for more sun and sand!

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good stay, although the entire condo would benefit from being updated. The appliances don't match and the overall lighting is on the darker side in the bathrooms and living area. The front lights stopped working towards the end of our stay and the door handle to the patio began to come loose as well. Some maintenance and some updates would serve the room well. Condo was an easy walk to the beach and pool and the view was great. The included beach chairs and umbrella was convenient.

Overall Great Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing time in Ft. Walton. The condo is close to lots of food, the Boardwalk is 5 minutes away and easy access to the beach. Great view from the 2nd floor balcony of the ocean. AC wasn't working when we got there but thankfully the weather was cool so no big deal and they came to fix it quickly without fuss! The two chairs that came with the unit were nice and they had someone to set them up each morning. The pull out couch is not comfortable very thin mattress/adults would not enjoy but for kids it was fine:) Heated pool and jacuzzi were favorites for the kids. Overall great unit, great location and would love to come back again!

Great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice vacation rental. I would stay here again. We had 3 adults and 3 kids (6 yr old twins & 5 yr old). The kids slept on the pullout and had plenty of space. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We drove in from Texas and would have liked an earlier check in. 4 pm is late and I feel like we lost a day of vacation especially since checkout is at 10. The kids loved sitting on the patio to eat breakfast. The view is beautiful. The condo looks well maintained. The kitchen is big and it has everything you need to cook. There was a broom and a vacuum in the condo. The broom didn't have a dust pan (we bought one and left it) and the vacuum wouldn't turn on. The floors have a constant layer of sand (even upon arrival) so it would be nice to have a swiffer vacuum or something to help clean it up. We wore our flip flops the entire time in the condo. There is a closet with lots of games for the family to play. We had a lot of fun and I would recommend this property to friends and family.
