This condo is just perfect! Everyone will enjoy this cozy 1br, 2ba unit with great decor. Custom built bunk beds with TV's; extra storage room for organized coastal living. Pelican Isle 406 is adorable and classy - you won't want to miss it!
FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Check out this GORGEOUS beachfront unit for your vacation! This unit has a beautiful color scheme, classy décor, and PHENOMENAL VIEWS!!! Conveniently featuring a fully stocked kitchen and a full size washer and dryer, Pelican Isle 406 has everything you need for the PERFECT VACATION! The adorable master bedroom is adorned with a king size bed and the master bathroom has a shower/tub combination. In the hallway, there are custom built bunk beds with TV's for the kids to enjoy! Storage compartments/shelves are featured at one end of the bunks and underneath the bottom bunk - plenty of room to store the kids' things for the week. A full second bathroom is in the hallway where a walk-in shower and custom vanity await. The property features a beachfront pool, hot tub, workout room, and BBQ grills. This fifth level view is uninterrupted in such a way that you have literally nothing in between you and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

They are located on Okaloosa Island where it is not as crowded as the Destin area beaches. But, Destin is only 6 miles away where we go for dinner. The Gulf is the "same pond" as Destin but more peaceful.

The beach was empty and no long waits at restaurants. This brought back memories of being there in the fall over 30 yrs ago before the area was discovered. Our condo at Pelican Isle was very clean. Brooks & Shorey is a wonderful rental agency. We’ve booked thru them several times.

And we always enjoy our stay at the Pelican Isle property. Our unit was clean. The kitchen was equipped (we enjoy cooking and not dining out every night). The beach service is excellent. We especially like Pelican Isle because you can choose your when you want to stay. It doesn’t have to be Saturday to Saturday like most resorts. We stayed Wednesday to Wednesday.

Loved our balcony! We were very pleased overall. We also love the condo’s location on the Okaloosa beach. It’s farther from the pier (almost to the closed military section), and so always seems less crowded than other parts of the beach.!If you’re planning to do a lot of cooking, make sure you bring any special kitchen items you need from home, as the kitchen wasn’t super stocked. It worked just fine for us, though, as we ate most of our meals at our favorite seafood places! Yum!

First time staying at Pelican Isle and we loved it. The room was clean and they provided plenty of towels and wash cloths as well as the one day use shampoo and conditioners. You also get a handful of facial soaps. The master bed is a little too soft for me but you sleep fine after a long day at the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that we used a few times with no issues. The kitchen is well equipped with the only things missing that I needed were a spatula, meat thermometer, and strainer. They give you a sample of dish liquid and dishwashing detergent and a sponge. You will want to bring your own beach towels and extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and ziplocks. They do start you off with a few paper products though. Walmart is about 20 minutes away so you can buy groceries, clothing, and souvenirs. Publix is about 5 minutes down the road and there are several restaurants on the same road as the condo and just down the road off the strip. The beach view was amazing and the pool and spa were great at night. You get 2 chairs and an umbrella daily at the beach which is a plus. We could not get the tvs for the bunk beds to work or the fan light in the living room but that could be user error. There is plenty of party and you just need to get there before 5pm to get a pass for the dash board. All in all we had a great relaxing vacation.

Unit was not as clean as I would have hoped. Dishes were dirty. As far as the grounds were concerned, the pool, pool chairs, green space, and grilling area left much to be desired. Overall, we had a nice stay but might look for a location with better outdoor amenities next time.
