Up Up & Away was the absolutely perfect place to host rehearsal dinner and for the bridal party to get ready for our daughter’s wedding. The house was large enough that the bride and groom, who did not do a first look, stayed on separate floors of the house until transport arrived to take everyone to the venue. The view, wow, the view from the deck could not have been better for the girls while getting their hair and makeup done. If you couldn’t guess, the guys played poker downstairs killing time. All and all, a perfect rental!

Beautiful house, with very nice furnishings. Outdoor fireplaces with TVs were a nice touch. Big kitchen was perfect for hanging out. The house technically sleeps 24, but the bunk room accounts for over half of that. Would be perfect for a group with kids but worth consideration for groups with adult couples.

Incredible house with incredible views! The perfect location right next to Great Camp where there are concerts every Saturday in season.

Great multi-generation home. Nice large open spaces and all bedrooms are very spacious & well appointed. The property management company was very responsive when we had an issue and the Clayton/property management company was great to work with.

Best Family Mountain Trip

This property was better than we could have imagined! It was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed all the amenities in the neighborhood and just had great family time!! We highly recommend this property!!

Lovely mountain getaway

This house is well appointed, roomy, and has majestic views. Management was responsive and helpful. Very happy stay and would definitely return.

Amazing place!

This home was absolutely amazing. The view was unbelievable and we hardly left the first and second floor decks overlooking the mountain! More space than you can imagine and check in and check out was simple.

Great home - poorly managed

We rented this home last year and loved it so much, we decided to return, only to be extremely disappointed with it's upkeep and management. -light bulbs out, missing hooks-clogged sink and broken toilet-kitchen appliances not working properly or at all-wasn't cleaned on time for check-in, delayed 3 hours-arrived to no comforters on the beds with temperatures in the teensThis really is a beautiful home with so many great qualities (see my previous review from March 2024) but the management company has not been keeping up with this home. I'd be upset if I were the owner.

Wonderful Rental!

We rented this home for a long weekend for our small business company retreat and it was perfect for our needs. PROS- -Plenty of space for our 12 people. Such comfortable seating in every room. Beautiful home. Well-styled, minimal decor with big windows for lots of sunshine. -Amazing views! We had beautiful sunsets. -Hot tub was well-used and appreciated by our guests, it was amazing! -Well-stocked kitchen. We hired a private chef to feed us all and she had everything she needed. -So clean and felt brand-new. -Lots of room in the driveway for our 7 cars. -Lots of hang-out spots; outside fireplaces & TVs, firepit, downstairs basement with pool table, poker table, mini fridge, etc. We never needed more space or things to do. SUGGESTIONS FOR OWNERS- -There were speakers outside on the deck and in the kitchen but we could never connect to them. We were able to connect to the Sonos sound bar through the TV but it would have been nice to use those speakers instead. Would suggest putting directions or explanations in the binder on how to work any of the sound elements; we just got by because we're slightly tech savvy. -the ice maker couldn't keep up, highly recommend an ice maker be put in somewhere on the property -there needs to be a trash can on the bottom floor, we had to keep carrying our trash back upstairs -the dual shower heads in the master bedroom did not work, we could only get the hand-held to work -one of the bedrooms downstairs had a door knob that wouldn't latch
