Upstairs family area and kitchen with marble counters, leather furniture, 60 inch TV and many other amenities. This vacation home offers a great location for Summer vacation, Fall Colors, Hunting, Winter Skiing. It covers it all and is designed to feel like you are home but away from home.

Pictures did not do this house justice

We were in town visiting family for the holiday weekend. This house is more than we could have asked for.. Completely stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Location was so convenient. Plenty of room for all. Can’t wait to come back.

Bluffs Weekend

We had an amazing time at this property. Usually the pictures are accurate, but these photos did not due the property justice. The open area on the main floor was great for hanging around with our entire family. There were lots of places for everyone to eat and hang out. The kids could play outside on the property, there was plenty of room. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy. You have to drive to the beach, but so much parking. The beach was amazing for our family (teenagers, 7y/o, and 3y/0), had picnic tables, shade, and sun! The owner was responsive and we want to go back!

Laconia bike week

Quiet place to stay away from all the commotion of bike week.Plenty of places to ride to from the Bluffs to Laconia and Mount Washington. Plenty of room for all of us that went and stayed. Had a great time will be going back at some point.
