Good but not great

Condo was very nice and as advertised, so that was all good. The property itelsef is good but not great as the buldings are showing wear. The grounds cold definitely use some TLC. Again nothing bad but could be better. The security is good but the neighboring areas are not so good. The private beach and ginat pool is very nice. Overall, the grades are solid.

Perfect location

Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. Close to 5ta avenida and a few grocery stores. There's 2 restaurants onsite with amazing food and the pool is amazing! The beach is also super nice that comes with beach chairs and umbrellas. I was pleased with my stay and will definitely stay again!

So relaxing!

Mareazul 724 Norte was just what we needed to relax for the long weekend! The condo is in a great location. It’s quiet and allows for an easy start and end to the day. The on site restaurants are great. The resort is clean and maintained well and the employees are all friendly.
