Welcome and thank you for viewing our beautiful condo in Legacy Towers on the shores of Gulfport`s gorgeous beaches. As new owners we’ve made some amazing upgrades we hope you’ll love. We want your visit to be a great experience that will keep you coming back.

Experience the breathtaking views of the Mississippi Sound and Gulf of Mexico and relax in this luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished condo located on the top floor of the Legacy Towers.

Come visit, relax and enjoy our condo.

Private gated community with 24hr securtiy.

There is guest parking in the adjacent lot and in the parking garage. There is a covered walkway from the parking garage to the Legacy Tower entrance and elevator.
SMOKING AND VAPING
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the building or in any of the building`s common areas or limited common areas, which include the Club House (Tower 1), owners lounge (Tower 2), theatre, pool area, doorways, elevator lobbies (all floors) elevators themselves, breezeways, unit balconies and in or around the retention pond. Smoking or vaping is permitted only at designated smoking areas, which are located outside of tower entrances.

Per Gulfport, MS ordinance number 2579, smoking is not allowed within 25 feet of all main entrances, existing and walkways.

Smoking materials will be disposed of in a proper container. Throwing cigarette butts from balconies is strictly prohibited. The individual will be responsible for any property damage caused by them or their guests due to improper disposal of smoking materials and fines may be assessed.

Great Stay!

Beautiful beach condo

This was a great place to stay with our family. We enjoyed beautiful ocean views from the top floor as well as ease of access to pools and the beach. We would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to the area.

We were down here on a work/baseball trip. The accommodations were great. Wonderful views. Lots of room. Property security and maintenance people were very friendly. Had overflow parking to accommodate my work trailer.

Stunning

We stayed mid March 2024 - owners were EXCELLENT to deal with. Everything is exactly as shown. No reason not to stay here except for a couple of things that may or may not be important to you. The road in front of the condo is busy - and its noisy. In March, the balcony of the condo loses its sun about 1pm due to the way it is facing more easterly. If sunset is important to you, you'll need to go elsewhere to see it. Otherwise, this place is very secure, clean, a great location to see the area, stunning views.

Blakey Family Thanksgiving Getaway

My wife and I stayed at the Legacy Towers in Gulfport Mississippi during the Thanksgiving Holiday 2024. We had a (3) bedroom 2- bathroom condo directly across the street from the ocean. Kevin and Amy, the host were quick to respond to our emails; and the condo was tastefully stocked for 6 guests. The condo was very clean, and the beds were comfortable in all the rooms. I must mention we slept very peacefully every night. No noise, or the sound of guests above/below you. Everything was in working order and elevators were in mint condition. In the morning the sun was so bright coming through the glass sliding doors we had to close the curtains to block that magnificent early morning sunrise. Justy positively stunning views of the ocean. This location is one of our favorite vacation destinations in the Gulf. Restaurants were near Legacy Towers, and downtown Bay St Louis is a romantic river front touristy area. Our only challenge is there is a different code for the gate, door, and pool area. So, keep a pen and pad close to organize the different codes. Other than that, time accelerated while we were there. We have agreed the next time we stay here we need to stay it will be at least 7-days. 5-days just wasn’t enough. It was everything we needed and more.
