By far the best cabin rental experience ever! Colonial was amazing at communicating at every step. Cabin was exactly as advertised which is a major win for anyone who has rented a misrepresented property before. This unit was awesome because it is in a really nice resort but still very close to Pigeon Forge. It was near 100 over the weekend that we stayed and the air-conditioning worked awesome which was a major plus for us because we have had cabins in the past where the AC was very inefficient. The unit does have four bedrooms with two on the basement level and two on the second floor. The main floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The basement level and the second floor each have two bathrooms as well for a total of five. Also, Colonial places amenity kits in every bathroom and the kitchen, which was extremely helpful and providing all the soaps, shampoos, and conditioner we needed. One last thing, I made an error on the reservation when I booked it. Colonial reached out to me as we were traveling from over 400 miles away to help me. The registration correctly this would have been a nightmare if they hadn’t caught it it may have impacted a reservation for the weekend without us, even knowing. Huge thank you to the Office staff that took care of us. We will definitely rent from Colonial again.

Appealing to all ages

Perfect location. Nice amenities. Cabin was exactly as promised. Our family ranged in age from 3-66, and we could have been sufficiently entertained just staying there for the weekend ...but we did spend an afternoon in Gatlinburg.

Great escape

Everything was great. Had some issues with ice maker and washer. Was fixed promptly. Cable not in all rooms. Cable only in family room and two bedrooms on left side. No cable in 2 right bedrooms or downstairs. Internet very weak to almost non existent downstairs. Other than that, the cabin was magnificent. I would stay again!!!!! Wish there was access to spa pool and hot tub without going down steep stairs.
