Great location and wonderful house for game day or any event in Tuscaloosa! Pricing is hard because the whole town is so expensive for game days but for the location it was great!Older home with lots of character!!

Tanner was great to work with. Our original booking was canceled at the last minute by the management and they immediately rebooked us, with our approval, to another property. Our new property was more modern and nicer than the original. The Pearl on Bryant is a beautiful property. Its new, well decorated and very comfortable. It’s a great location that is walkable to everything. The gated parking is convenient and makes you feel very safe. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home while in town for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like home the moment we walked in. The owner was fantastic—communication was clear, prompt, and helpful every step of the way. We truly loved our stay and will definitely be back, hopefully for an Alabama football game in the future. Highly recommend!

Charming little place!

This property is an older home that has so much character! Decorated so perfectly for our need to tour University of Alabama with our son. Close to everything. Had a small issue with the heat, but Tanner responded immediately and resolved the issue in the quickest manner possible. Top notch host. Definitely recommend!
