Welcome to "KEEPING IT REEL on 30A" beach house in the hot new vacation spot of Blue Mountain. Located in Ventana Dunes, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida off of 30A. This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach house is the perfect vacation getaway for your family and friends. High end furnishings, large living spaces, fully stocked kitchen, 6 seats at the huge bar area, 6 seats at the table and many more in the living spaces, outdoor covered patio with 2 chairs, sofa and coffee table to work or relax on or a swinging egg chair for the kids, paved patio with LED string lights, firepit and a gas grill, walk 3 doors down to the community pool, there is an outdoor shower and cubbies with hanging area when you come in the back door from the pool for towels, bags and shoes. Each bedroom has a comfy king bed, smart tv, an attached bathroom, a walk in closet and the primary suite is HUGE with an extra queen sleeper sofa!! Convenient to the beach 1/4 mile away, several really good restaurants: Redfish Tacos with live music nightly, Mimmos, Blue Mabel, Shunk Gulley, Basmati's, Pizza by the Sea, Local Catch, Blue Mountain Bakery and Blue Mountain Creamery. Close to Walmart and Publix for groceries and supplies. Convenient to shopping in Seaside, Grand Boulevard and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. WE WOULD LOVE TO BE YOUR HOSTS SO BOOK TODAY!!!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was sparkling clean. Plenty of room and comfy beds and couches. We were able to cook most of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The bikes were wonderful to ride to restaurants, shops, and the beach. There were chairs and boogie boards we used at the beach. The owner communicated with us frequently and answered any questions we had. Such a great place for a family vacation!

Highly Recommend. Beautiful home.

The house was beautiful. It is also in a great location. It’s just minutes away from the beach, restaurants and the kids favorite, ice cream shops. The kitchen and eating area were large enough for all 10 of us to have a place to sit and eat. The bedrooms, closets and bathrooms were very spacious. We loved the large back porch and yard. There was also plenty of room to park 2 cars and a golf cart. When I return, I will definitely stay here again. We all loved it.

Comfortable Home in great location!

The home is just as pictured inside and out. The floor plan was perfect for our group of 4 adults. It would have been just as comfortable with 6 adults. We all loved the mattresses. Very comfortable! Kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. We used the grill once and it worked well. Overall location was excellent. Many restaurants and the beach within walking/biking distance. Cindy (the owner) made herself available by phone and she was so helpful throughout our trip with great suggestions. Thank you, Cindy!!!

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful property. The home was clean and comfortable. The beds were fantastic. I've never slept that good away from home. It was the perfect location - close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was easy to get a hold of when we had questions. We love Santa Rosa! We will be back and we will choose to stay here!

My husband, 4 children, 2 spouses and 3 grandchildren all live outside of Jackson, MS. We went to Destin on our honeymoon in 1986 and haven't missed a summer going to the Emerald Coast in 37 years. We own a 2/2 beach front condo in Edgewater at Miramar Beach, also listed on VRBO so check it out as well!! Jim is head baseball coach at Millsaps College and I am a Realtor which was an easy progression to hosting both of my properties. We would love to trust us with our vacation!!

Why they chose this property

We looked for a year until we found 194 Ventana Blvd, a new construction in progress. It was a fabulous find. The house has a modern, coastal style with high end finishes and beautiful, soothing colors and decor. It is a cul de sac so not much street traffic and has a community pool, you just walk past 2 houses and you are there. A great location on 30A with less traffic around Blue Mountain Beach. Public beach is 1/4 mile away.

What makes this property unique

This house has great curb appeal with upper and lower porches. We enjoy grilling out so we added a paved patio with a grilling station, 4 Adirondack chairs with cup holders around a beautiful concrete firepit and string lights for ambiance!! There is also a covered patio with 2 chairs, a sofa, coffee table and egg swing. I love having my coffee out there and watching the squirrels run along the tree branches. It is quite peaceful.
