Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay)

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with 7 arcades, a foosball table and a TV. The game room also includes a Futon couch for additional guests. Each bedroom is adorned with unique themes and Smart TVs. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor.

Please note, the house itself does not have a private hot tub. The hot tub is located at the Resort's Clubhouse and is a shared amenity.

• Two designated free parking spots in front of the house. Additional free parking spots are available at the visitor’s area. Limit of 5 vehicles per house.

• We offer complimentary WiFi.

• Kids amenities free of charge: high chair, kids table (2 chairs), crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• We offer pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm the pool - up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option so the pool is heated for you upon arrival.

• We offer a propane grill with a $40 fee for its use. This fee will ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before you checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
