It means a great deal to us that you would recommend the condo to your friends and family. That said, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. We regret the inconvenience caused by the hot water limitations during your stay, as well as the housekeeping oversights you mentioned. This is certainly not the level of experience we strive to provide, and your comments have been shared with our maintenance and cleaning teams so these matters can be addressed promptly. Regarding the traffic on Christmas Day, we understand how frustrating that can be. Unfortunately, holiday congestion near Ober Mountain is beyond our control, but we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re grateful for your honesty and are glad to hear that, overall, you still had a great time. We would love the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide an even better experience next time.
