The second unit of this two-family property mirrors the comfort and style of Unit 1. With 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, this unit offers cozy living quarters for a family or multiple occupants. The living area is designed for both comfort and functionality, providing a great space to unwind after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers storage and prep space.
Outside, you'll find a well-maintained yard, perfect for outdoor activities and gatherings. There is ample parking space available for residents. The location of this property is highly desirable, with close proximity to Seabrook Beach, Hampton River, Hampton, a short drive to Newburyport (15 minutes) and Portsmouth (20 minutes), Southern Maine Coastline (25 minutes), Boston, MA (55 minutes), Portland, ME & Lakes Region (1 hour)

1. No Washer and Dryer. Laundromat is just down the road.
2. Lawn is shared between both sides of the property.
3. No pools allowed or fire-pits.
4. Sheets will be provided but many guests bring their own, which is fine.
5. Towels are not provided.
6. This is a beach house and there is sand. We kindly ask that you wash your feet on the lawn with the provided hose.
7. Board games and yard games are provided to some extent to help with rainy days. We can't control the rain!
8. Cosmetically, the house is older from the 80s. We plan on updating someday soon, but are trying to keep this as affordable as possible for families.
9. No AC on premises!
10. We have a rental agreement + a refundable deposit to rent the house.
