Cuddly marsh-mellow

The property was exactly as advertised, quick walk to the beach, clean, and big enough for my wife, daughter, and I to sleep comfortably. The Murphy bed was comfortable and let the room open up during the day to avoid feeling claustrophobic. The kitchenette was big enough for simple meals. And the property manager was very responsive. We will definitely try to book this unit again!

Beautiful setting, perfect space

Everything was comfortable and perfect. We were all especially charmed with the view of the marsh and the lovely cranes taking off, landing and poking around.

Near the beach

Property was cute but a little tight for us. Couch is small and different than one pictured, it does pull out but would only fit 1 adult comfortably. I didn’t see any sheets or bedding for the pull out but I’m sure the host would have supplied if we asked for it. Kitchenette has microwave, toaster oven and a portable two burner hot plate for cooking. If you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking this might not work for you. We ate out a lot so didn’t affect us much. Bathroom is a good size and had plenty of towels for us. The host has a couple beach towels and a couple beach chairs to use at the beach which is only a short walk away. There are local restaurants nearby and a very small grocery store around the corner. Host seemed attentive and helpful.

Summer vacation

Nice, relaxing, and clean condo. Just a short walk to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. My family and I had a great time and will most likely return next year.

Just perfect!

Absolutely loved staying here. Very clean, quaint and beautiful. I loved all the extras that were included. Wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!

Great location

The property was extremely clean. Great location with a very short walk to the beach. Only complaint is that the “sleeper sofa” in the listing description and pictures was not in this unit. The couch in the unit was small and did pull up from underneath but this did not equate to a “double sleeper sofa” …an adult does not fit on this comfortably at all - would work great for a child though.

Wonderful location, beautiful marsh views!

Beautifully decorated, central location, gorgeous marsh view! Loved being next door to Browns seafood and across the street from the best ice cream, pizza and sea food! Unit is great for 2 people being a studio but feels spacious. Upgraded throughout. Very peaceful. Will definitely book again! Owner is easy to reach and responds quickly.

Perfection

Could not have been happier with this rental. Very, very clean and super cute! Perfect size for 2 adults and a baby in a pack & play with room to spare. Very easy to communicate with MaryJane, and she was friendly and gracious which made us feel right at home. The building is super quiet which was really nice at the end of a long day under the sun. We would love to come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay! Close to the beach and Mary Jane had beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler, and other amenities to make our beach days great. Very clean, quaint and adorably decorated!

Clean and Comfy place very close to beach and seafood

Staff is a pleasure to deal with. Nice beach amenities like towels and 2 beach chairs. Well equipped kitchen area for snacks and breakfast with a fridge/freezer/microwave/hotplate/toaster/sink/plates/cups and a nice breakfast bar for 2. Comfy bed, clean/large bathroom with a tub. Quiet building with great food options right next door. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away, very clean, and not crowded at all. It can be hard getting this close to the beach on a hot weekend day, so my advice would be to get here early in the morning(before 10am) the day you check in or expect to sit in traffic for more than an hour possibly. We will be returning here for sure!

Perfect weekend getaway

The property was perfect and as described in the ad. Very short walk to the beach and other locations. Although the weather wasn't great all weekend for the beach, there was plenty of other nearby activities. The hosts were very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. All furnishings were clean and very comfortable. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marsh-Mellow condo.

The owner was very friendly, responsive to emails, and met us at the condo with lots of good information. This is an efficiency condo, which was fine for us, but I wouldn't recommend more than 2 people staying there. There was good beach access within walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our Shore Club condo is very easy to access from I-95. It is easy to get to and from. Seabrook Beach is a hidden gem in NH--it has beautiful dunes ad catwalks. Because there isn't much public parking, the beach itself is very quiet and a 5-minute walk from the condo. There are a few walkable restaurants nearby including the famous Brown's Lobster Pound!

Great location--easy to get to. Walk across Ocean Blvd to Atlantic and a wonderful beach. Very clean and tastefully decorated. First floor unit with a laundry room on 2nd floor. Elevator in building. We have tried to accommodate you with everything you will need while on a beach vacation. Complimentary coffee, tea, cream, sugar and snack basket.
