Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to questions and made us feel welcome and at home. We loved that the rooms had king sized beds for each couple! It was clean and comfortable and the views were great. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay

Had a trip with 4 friends, was nice for everybody to have their own rooms with clean comfortable beds. Great views and mini splits in each room soeverybody can have the temperature they want. Jay always responded quickly to any questions. Had a great trip.

Exotic locale - Comfortable accomodations

Wow! Puerto Ricans are a hardy people, living way up on the sides of the mountains. Spending time here made us feel adventurous by simply mastering with the steep roads. So different from our normal routines, it made for a fun vacation. Lovely property owner and super friendly locals enhanced the experience. As the owner warned us, it's not for the bougie, but it worked for us.

I’m glad y’all loved the home Mary. I wish it would have been a 5 star review experience but a 5 bedroom house with a private pool with a panoramic view of the Carribean ocean rents down the road for well over 500.00 a night so I tried to make it a great value for what it is. The mountains are what they are in Puerto Rico. Hopefully yall will come back again soon. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Wonderful rental

Perfect for our party of 7. Parents stayed in the downstairs apartment - adult children stayed in the larger upstairs condo. Gorgeous views from every window. Condo was clean and as advertised. Kitchen well stocked and we cooked a few dinners in. Lovely neighbors although a walk through the neighborhood was more difficult than climbing in El Yunque. The mountains!!Locally we explored Punta Tuna, the Pterocarpus forest, did a coffee plantation tour at Hacienda Muñoz, and hiked at El Yunque. This is a great location to explore, especially if you have been to PR before and are looking to explore an area outside of San Juan.

A Dream Getaway with Spectacular Views - Outstanding Property and Host!

My experience at Jay's property was amazing. From booking to departure, Jay's hospitality was exceptional. The house layout was perfect for our group, with breathtaking ocean views from every window. Separate entrances on both levels offered privacy and togetherness. The first level had a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and cozy bedroom. Upstairs, three more AC-equipped bedrooms and a versatile fourth room awaited. Another well-appointed kitchen and bathroom meant convenience. Reliable WiFi and a tankless water heater were great bonuses. The pool was a refreshing escape, and the rooftop was perfect for admiring the views. Jay and his team's attention to detail ensured a seamless stay. Warm-hearted neighbors shared their fresh mango harvest, fostering a sense of community. Proximity to local restaurants and a lively Karaoke bar added entertainment. A beach less than 10 minutes away completed the package. I can't wait to return to this remarkable property.

Fantastic Week

My wife,myself, and two adult kids had a great week at Jay's 5 bed ocean view property. There was a storm the night before we arrived that caused some draining issues on the pool patio due to some debris clogging the drains, but Jay responded quickly and his team took care of the issue promptly. The house and property were as advertised. We didn't use the lower level of the house and stayed only on the main upstairs living area. Beds were comfortable, amenities as advertised, and views were amazing! Jay provided video instructions on how to get to the property from the Bar on the main road leading to the house which were extremely beneficial as we arrived in the evening hours. Road up to the property is 1 lane but we had no issues at all and not uncommon for properties on the hill side. My only suggestion for improvement for the property would be to add some storage in the upstairs bathroom, towel rack or hooks, and toilet paper holder.
