Main floor consists of great room, dining room, 3/4 bathroom and kitchen with back patio, nestled in the pines, overlooking Ten Mile Creek. BBQ grill is also on the patio as is a small table (seats 4). The second floor has bedrooms, 1 king primary, 1 queen and a bedroom with 2-double beds. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. Washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are also on the second floor. Full access to property as well as clubhouse, which includes indoor/outdoor pool, dry sauna, indoor/outdoor hot tubs. A small weight training room with a treadmill is also available just next to the garage. Daniel, our on-site manager, as well as myself, can generally be reached during normal business hours. quiet and serene on Ten Mile Creek 1 car garage and plenty of surface parking. 1 block to main street to catch free shuttle to ski areas and more or walk to town. Bike path to Copper Mountain or Breckenridge 2 blocks away. There is a streamside group picnic and BBQ area at the West Side of the property.
