This lovely spacious 1BedRm Apt. Is the perfect home away from home, in North Hollywood/ Burbank adjacent . Centrally located minutes from NOHO Arts District. This is a Modern Unit with all the fixtures, including Private Balcony and Large walk- in closet with full bathroom and washer and dryer. We are committed to providing our valued guests with a safe , comfortable and clean home, in return we ask that our guests treat our home & neighbors as they would theirs. Unit is Non smoking and pets are not allowed, rules are strictly enforced. 5 mins from downtown Noho, 14 mins from Burbank airport , 15 mins from universal studios

Great location in NOHO

Really enjoyed my stay here. The space was very clean and spacious. It had everything I needed. The check-in process was easy. I would stay here again.

Great communication, clean apartment. Secure parking. Would stay again. Location is close to Universal Studios and other areas. Neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges but we had no issues.

Good place to stay in noho

The unit was as described. Nicely decorated and clean. Everything was in working order including two large televisions. The property manager was communicative and very professional.There were a couple of small maintenance issues. But nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay.Recommend. We will be back.

A clean, warm place to stay with great balcony views

This was a wonderful place within walking distance to my son's home in Burbank. It was safe, warm, clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the balcony.The only hiccup was neither my or my husband's phone is new enough to download the VRBO app so my son was the communicator for the check in and things were not clear and this was a little stressful. When I gave the property manager my cell phone number, he used that for the rest of the communications and that worked well.

Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend this property. The apartment was comfortable, and once we got settled, everything went smoothly.There were a few minor issues that kept it from being a five-star experience. The check-in instructions could have been clearer, as it wasn't immediately obvious how to access the apartment, which caused some unnecessary worry upon arrival. Once we arrived, however, everything was straightforward. The internet also wasn't working at first, but the host was responsive and helped us resolve the issue quickly.A few housekeeping and maintenance items could use some attention. There was a used coffee filter left in the coffee maker, the towels were still in the dryer, and the hand soap was empty when we arrived. We also noticed a few drawers were missing, which didn't affect our stay but are worth noting so future guests aren't concerned. Finally, the balcony door didn't lock. Since the apartment is on the fifth floor, we didn't feel it was a significant security issue, but it should still be repaired.Overall, these were minor inconveniences, and the host was responsive when we needed assistance. With a little more attention to the arrival experience, housekeeping, and maintenance, this would easily be a five-star stay.
