An awesome view from the top floor. We enjoyed coffee and happy hour out there every day. Unit is clean and comfortable with everything you would need for an extended stay. Plenty of services close by if needed. Glad we chose this VRBO.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! Amazing views, perfect location, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The rooftop was our favorite part and the view from the living roof was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Juan, the property manager, was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend this condo if you are looking for something comfortable and unique with ocean views and a perfect location on Isla Verde Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing condo. The roof garden is awesome. The host and local helper are very responsive. There is off street parking which is very helpful. I've been coming for 5 years, and booked again for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property. It is homey and clean and the views are gorgeous. My sister and I brought our Mom and we loved our stay. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and we loved spending evenings out there. The location is amazing- steps from the beach and several nights we walked to nearby restaurants or shopping. The pool was clean and looked great - although we never ended up using it. I was worried about no air conditioning in the main living area- but the breeze from the living room windows are incredible and we were comfortable all week. I did not expect there to be a covered parking area that was locked- so that was a great surprise. Juan, the property manager was a delight. He was so friendly and showed us all around when we got there and then checked in during the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. We felt safe and secure and cared for all week. Also- we were so grateful for the beach accessories that were provided- a cart, chairs, umbrella, beach bag and small cooler! We hope to be able to come again and enjoy this property!

Great Time

A bit dated, but the people and the location were perfect. The beach outside was amazing as well. Just beware, only the bedrooms have A/C. Otherwise, it was great.

Thank you Eric for your comments. It is a choice not to put air conditioning in the living room and it is openly explained. The apartment is flooded with continuous breeze from multiple openings, living room, bedrooms, and roof opening. The experience of living in the salty air, the sound of birds and the sea would be impossible with all the doors and windows closed. I'm glad you had a great experience and we continue to improve every year.

Pleasant Stay

The penthouse was very nice and quite scenic. The accommodations were good, it was comfortable, reasonably clean and quite convenient. it's location couldn't be beat.Some of the fixtures could use some repair/replacing. A couple of the bifold doors were not in good shape and a few other minor things.Overall it was a very positive experience.

I just finished my 4th year at this wonderful beach condo. Couldn't ask for a better location. The roof garden is the gem. Juan is always super helpful, and Sylvie as well. Each year, my stay is better than the last. I come for a month, and am always sad to leave!

Excellent stay - year two and I’ll be back

The location is perfect, right on the beach. And what makes it unique is the rooftop garden, which has both sun and shade. The owner Sylvie and property manager Juan are both responsive and excellent hosts. I stayed a month and will be back next year too!

The place was wonderful, and our hosts were great and responsive. Juan was an absolute pleasure and he was a great welcome to PR. Tropical storm/ Hurricane Ernesto did hit during our stay and the floor did get wet (the windows help to an extent tbh) but nothing we couldn't deal with.

My favorite area in Puerto Rico, you can’t beat the location. The views from the rooftop are amazing. The apartment is large and comfortable with all the amenities that you would have at home.

Great location right on the beach, and I was well care for by Juan. Sylvie, the property owner was very responsive. The rooftop garden makes this property unique, and sets it apart. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Having the amazing view of the beach was wonderful from the rooftop. I am giving the property manager 1 star because he let himself into the condo at 0345 with the keys. He walked into the bedroom where my minor children were sleeping to use the bathroom. We were all a bit horrified and shaken up from the experience. Security made sure the property manager did not enter the premise the remainder of our stay and the owner, who was not in the local area apologized and was very understanding about the problem.

Great place, location, as pictured.

The property is on the non-beach side of the building but still has great views of Isla Verde beach. The walk out is right to a great stretch of beach with a couple of restaurants on the ground floor of the building and a CVS down the street. Rooftop garden was beautiful. Had a great week.

San Juan getaway

I can't say enough about the location of this property. It's on one of the best beaches on the island. Safe, secure and has all you need nearby. The apartment has a full kitchen and plenty of space. The rooftop views are simply spectacular. We highly recommend.

Amazing

We were so excited to finally get away, and our stay here was amazing! The location is perfect, great restaurant downstairs, and the private terrace is just gorgeous, not to mention being just steps away from a beautiful beach. Juan was very responsive and gave us some pointers for groceries and other things around Isla Verde. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Ce condo est une histoire de famille. Acquis dans les années 1977, le condo n'a jamais été en location jusqu'à notre achat en 2012. Depuis nous nous efforçons de le rendre le plus confortable possible pour les visiteurs.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

C'est un petit condo comparé au condo voisin et sa particularité est sa localisation, sa structure et l'esprit communautaire des résidents .
Cet immeuble a un accès direct à la plage très animée les fins de semaines. De plus, il est en béton, ce qui isole du bruit que les voisins pourraient faire.
Mais surtout, on s'y sent en sécurité et privilégié de pouvoir y résider.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

la superbe vue, l'accès à la plage, la piscine privée, le stationnement privé, de très bon restaurants dans le condo face à la plage, les sports d'eau, la marche sur une plage animée et sécure, le marché à 7 minutes de marche, À 500 mètre de la porte se trouve le transport public qui se rend au vieux San Juan en 15 minutes.

Entouré d’hôtels, de casino, de restaurants, de bars, de boutiques et de locations de sports aquatiques (jet ski, parasailing et tour de bateau banana) directement sur la plage Isla Verde.
C'est un petit condo comparé au condo voisin et sa particularité est sa localisation, sa structure et l'esprit communautaire des résidents .
