We’ve worked with love on this terrace for over 20 years, and it now features a lush garden filled with tropical plants such as bougainvillea, hibiscus, palm trees and dracaena. A refreshing air free shower on terrasse surrounded by flowers, lounge chairs for sunbathing or star gazing and the sea awaits you a few steps from the condo.
The finest Penthouse view on Isla Verde beach. This top floor penthouse is half exterior and half interior. The exterior private garden terrasse has a view from all façades, from the lagoon to the city to the mountains and a spectacular view of the planes landing in the distance. You will enjoy a breathtaking sunset on the terrasse. During the holiday new year, you can literally see at least 100 separate fireworks exhibitions at once from the roof top terrasse. .- truly magical!-,
It has bedrooms with beach view: The apartement has one bathroom, two rooms with all the amenities, hair dryer and towels.
The condo is located steps from the beach, in one of the best located oceanfront condominiums in the Josée Tartak Avenue and has a protected assigned parking space! You also have for the stay, beach towels and beach chairs.
Included: bath linens, washing machine and dryer. The rooms have air conditioning but not in the living room. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining, TV in living room and both rooms, wireless mesh systeme internet acces inside and on the terrasse. Beds side by side for flexability give the size of a king bed. Iron, ironing board.
The kitchen is completely equiped for your creative recipes: Expresso machine, blender, toaster, microwave, small oven.
Facilities included in the condominium: swimming pool, washing and drying machines on every second floor, 24/7 security guards.
The condominium is blessed with an incredible luminosity and constant refreshing and relaxing breese from the multitudes condo windows.

For public transportation, their is a bus at the corner of Tartak and Isla Verde avenue, direct to San Juan. Also taxis and Uber are plentiful.
Near prestigious hotels, fine restaurants, food market and CVS Pharmacy.


A car is not necessary for every day use because everything is within 10 minutes walking distance (Pharmacy, super market, souvenir boutiques, ATM, ) .
To rent a car we recommend the rental counter in the Verdenza hotel. Interesting rate and good service, no waiting, 3 minutes walk from our condo. Dollar rent a car

This is an amazing condo. The roof garden is awesome. The host and local helper are very responsive. There is off street parking which is very helpful. I've been coming for 5 years, and booked again for next year!

Great Time

A bit dated, but the people and the location were perfect. The beach outside was amazing as well. Just beware, only the bedrooms have A/C. Otherwise, it was great.

Awesome stay. Right on the beach

We had a great time. Beach perfect for swimming, body/boogie boarding. The unit has a nice rooftop terrace for eating, relaxing. Kitchen had plenty of function. Juan was a great property manager. Thank you for everything

Pleasant Stay

The penthouse was very nice and quite scenic. The accommodations were good, it was comfortable, reasonably clean and quite convenient. it's location couldn't be beat.Some of the fixtures could use some repair/replacing. A couple of the bifold doors were not in good shape and a few other minor things.Overall it was a very positive experience.

Having the amazing view of the beach was wonderful from the rooftop. I am giving the property manager 1 star because he let himself into the condo at 0345 with the keys. He walked into the bedroom where my minor children were sleeping to use the bathroom. We were all a bit horrified and shaken up from the experience. Security made sure the property manager did not enter the premise the remainder of our stay and the owner, who was not in the local area apologized and was very understanding about the problem.

My 4th Year was Great!

I just finished my 4th year at this wonderful beach condo. Couldn't ask for a better location. The roof garden is the gem. Juan is always super helpful, and Sylvie as well. Each year, my stay is better than the last. I come for a month, and am always sad to leave!

Excellent stay - year two and I’ll be back

The location is perfect, right on the beach. And what makes it unique is the rooftop garden, which has both sun and shade. The owner Sylvie and property manager Juan are both responsive and excellent hosts. I stayed a month and will be back next year too!

Isla Verde in August

The place was wonderful, and our hosts were great and responsive. Juan was an absolute pleasure and he was a great welcome to PR. Tropical storm/ Hurricane Ernesto did hit during our stay and the floor did get wet (the windows help to an extent tbh) but nothing we couldn't deal with.

Great location right on the beach, and I was well care for by Juan. Sylvie, the property owner was very responsive. The rooftop garden makes this property unique, and sets it apart. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great place, location, as pictured.

The property is on the non-beach side of the building but still has great views of Isla Verde beach. The walk out is right to a great stretch of beach with a couple of restaurants on the ground floor of the building and a CVS down the street. Rooftop garden was beautiful. Had a great week.

San Juan getaway

I can't say enough about the location of this property. It's on one of the best beaches on the island. Safe, secure and has all you need nearby. The apartment has a full kitchen and plenty of space. The rooftop views are simply spectacular. We highly recommend.

Amazing

We were so excited to finally get away, and our stay here was amazing! The location is perfect, great restaurant downstairs, and the private terrace is just gorgeous, not to mention being just steps away from a beautiful beach. Paradise

The views and the rooftop terrace are spectacular. We spent the evenings up there watching the clouds roll in and drop rain. Sylvie has made sure that everything you could possibly need is available. Juan was also a great host. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Winter Getaway

We had an excellent stay and Juan was amazing. We had some flight delays that caused us to get in very late, but Juan met us at the propert with a big smile and showed us around. The property is in very good condition and the building is well kept and secured. The rooftop patio got a lot of use for us. When we come back, we will look to rent here first.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here! As others have noted it is a little dated, but the location, beach access, and terrace more than made up for that. Juan was awesome! He checked on us several times and made sure we were good! The only other thing worth mentioning is there is no a/c in the living room(but there is always a breeze coming in) but the bedroom units were nice and cold!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our short visit to San Juan. This was a great place to stay, and Juan was super helpful. Views from the rooftop terrace are awesome -- we were up there every night! A perfect location for many activities, and the parking garage with an assigned spot helps too. One thing to know -- air-conditioning is only available in the two bedrooms. It was pretty hot and muggy when we were visiting, so we had to keep the bedroom doors closed to have the A/C work efficiently (and provide a nice cool room for sleeping).

We are a couple from Canada. We take great care of this little corner of paradise with its sunset view , garden of flowers and small birds. My parents first arrived here in 1977. We continued to refine the property each time we come.

Why they chose this property

This unique location and orientation has direct access to the beach from the pool. It's unique view of 300 degrees all around, from all rooms.The constant tropical breeze refresh both day and night. All concrete construction gives it strength against weather and from which we do not hear the neighbors. The shared pool and especially the community that lives here, the pleasant residents and vacationers. and finaly, a secured building.

What makes this property unique

Very sécure condominium and beach. Our appartment has a unique private flower-garden on the roof with a spectacular view of the beach the city, the laguna. Isla Verde Beach of 2 Km, animated and attended by young people and local families as well as tourists . Water sports and restaurants are on the beach. Tha Alambique restaurant in the condo has a good menu and good view on the beach. Quick access to public transport. Proximity to market and pharmacy. Everything you need is around so no need for a car unless you plan to visite the island.
