Feeling a lil' beachy? This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome retreat is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Emerald Isle has to offer. Walk or bike to Emerald Isle's 12 miles of beautiful beaches, go shelling or enjoy amazing sunsets at the Point, kayak to a sandbar on the Bogue Sound, or walk to popular local restaurants and family attractions! After a full day at the beach, relax and rewind on the quiet private patio and screen porch.

Enter the home to find a comfortable living room complete with new furnishings and luxury vinyl flooring. A large Smart TV allows you to watch your own streaming channels throughout your stay. The newly renovated kitchen features granite countertops, new cabinetry, new appliances, and is fully stocked for nights when you aren't enjoying local dining options. Filtered ice and water is provided in the refrigerator. Enjoy dinner in the dining nook, at the bistro table on the screen porch, or on the large private enclosed patio. The patio includes an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and a bike rack out back. The downstairs also features a half bath for convenience and a new washer/dryer.

Go upstairs to find two spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed complete with comfortable mattresses and luxury linens and towels. A walk-in closet provides ample space to store all of your items during your stay. A flat screen smart TV is included. The spacious second bedroom features a queen bed with luxury linens, en-suite full bath, walk-in closet, and flat screen smart TV. Wifi is included with your stay.

Don't want to worry with cooking meals during your stay? You are a quick walk to local favorite restaurants on Coast Guard Road and a short bike ride to the many eateries Emerald Isle has to offer! Come enjoy all the comforts of home away from home in our lovely retreat!

This nice townhome is so clean and well-furnished. The kitchen had many useful items, better than most any place I’ve stayed. Very comfortable and quiet spot. It is about 1/2 mile to the beach, but the walk was fine. The host is easily accessible and responsive. Checking in and out were very smooth, and we didn’t have any problems. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location - close to the beach!

I'm always wary of places that have little or no reviews but I couldn't be happier with my choice for a beach getaway! Lil Beachy is exactly as advertised and so cute!! Everything was super clean and made me feel at home. The kitchen is updated and perfect for whipping up breakfast and lunch before hitting the beach. There is an outdoor shower in the small fenced-in patio so you can rinse off your sandy feet. The rooms are both upstairs so there is actually more space than I originally thought. It's a perfect layout for a family, couples trying to get away, or a girl's trip. This location is absolutely perfect because everything is so convenient. The closest beach access is a 1/2 mile walk/bike ride away which has a bike rack and golf cart parking available. Gaffer's and the Wine Market are an easy walk. Publix and Food Lion are right up the street and biking distance if you're only grabbing a few necessities. The unit is right off of Coast Guard Rd which has a great sidewalk and takes you all the way to the pointe. Holly was great and very helpful. She answered all of my questions prior to our trip. We will definitely be coming back soon!

As a native of Eastern NC, I've been visiting Emerald Isle my entire life and it is by far my favorite beach in NC (and maybe the US). I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to own a property on this beautiful island and share it with others.

Why they chose this property

This tucked away neighborhood provides convenient access to everything Emerald Isle has to offer--sun, sand, and fun! This home is in the middle of it all, yet it is provides a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We love that this is a small complex with many residents living here full-time. It is the perfect size for our family and hopefully for yours!

What makes this property unique

Cleanliness and comfort are my top priorities! Beach chairs are provided for the stay for those that are flying into the area. You can park your car for the duration of your stay and bike the entire area without driving again. The local beach access is clean and the water is beautiful!
