PINCH YOURSELF – once you see this view you know your vacation has started!!!

The VIEW is perfect. The wall of windows will give you a picture perfect view of the white sand beach and never ending Gulf across the street from the beach. On the lagoon side, be sure to enjoy the glowing sunsets and endless fishing off the public pier, all located within walking distance of the condo. When the day is done, don’t forget to sit back and relax on your private balcony after a day of fun in the sun. You will need to pinch yourself a time or two to know that your vacation is a dream come true.

The living room and dining room open up to the granite counter top kitchen. The living room has two large leather sectionals, a 55” TV, blue ray DVD player, aux cord speaker system with Pandora, and free Wi-Fi. The dining room seats 6 and a kitchen counter that seats an additional 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, a stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, glasses, dishes, and pots/pans.

This condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms with bedding to accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom includes a TV and private bathroom. The private bathrooms include a tub/shower, granite counter top with a double vanity, and crisp white towels.

For your convenience, the condo has a stacked washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, a heavy duty beach cart and a rolling cart.

This 1236 sq. ft. condo is approximately 2.5 miles from I-59 on West Beach Blvd. (The Hangout). Sanibel offers a pool, a baby pool, a workout area with a sauna and a grill area located near the outdoor shower.

There are many activities you can enjoy in and around Gulf Shores: chartered fishing, jet-ski, kayaking, scuba & snorkeling, dolphin cruises, water park, air tours, miniature golf, zoo, movie theaters, the Tanger Outlet mall (loaded with many name brand stores), The Wharf (attend a concert, specialty shops, ice cream shops, restaurants) and many more!

The greater Gulf Shores area hosts many Festivals throughout the year: the Baldwin County Strawberry Festival (April), The Hangout Music Festival (May), the Shrimp Festival (October) and many more. Great place to stay! Love the Patio facing the beach! Beautiful area to walk behind the condo facing the Lagoon. The walk to the beach is close and we never had trouble getting a good spot. Beds are comfy and kitchen is stocked.

Beach view from the balcony was AMAZING! We used the pool with the kids and visited the white sand beaches multiple times and had an AWESOME time.The deck box had a lot of wonderful items (ie boogy boards, sand toys, etc) and there was a cart to put the items on to load them up and take them to the beach. Ice chest was available also, very thoughtful!The beach was just a 5-10 minute walk from the location and was very easy to access.

We really enjoyed the main living area with the entire wall of windows overloooking the ocean. The ocean was only a short walk across the street so that was very nice. Tons of restaurants and snacks all within 10min drive. The condo was beautiful and stocked with anything you could need.

Absolutely beautiful

The property, location and view are lovely. It is even better than in the picture. All amenities that were listed were accurate and the communication with the manager and owner was great. We did experience a bit of the tropical storm/hurricane Ida, but we felt extremely safe. We want to come back.
